CALM, CENTRAL LOCATED AND CHIC! Terraced house with furnished TERRACE to the west, FIREPLACES and beautiful furnishings. For 2 adults and 1 child, with elegant and cozy living area with high-quality fitted kitchen and dining area, 2 modern bathrooms (one with tub and shower, one with shower) and additional guest toilet. In the autumn and winter time, the stove provides a homey ambience (firewood must be provided when the fireplace is used). The house has a separate entrance and has a parking space in front of the house. From the house you can reach the center (Friedrichstrasse) in about 10 minutes and the beach in about 15 minutes walk (the beach is about 1.2 km). 56 sqm living space.

Sylt at it´s best

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft ruhig gelegen trotz Bahnhofsnähe. Alles ist fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, immer wieder gern!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger aber guter Lage von Westerland

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das kleine Mittelreihenhaus ist toll eingerichtet und liegt unweit des Bahnhofs in einer schönen und ruhigen Straße. Dennoch ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Fußgängerzone von Westerland und demzufolge auch schnell am Wasser!

Sylt statt Italien

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage auf Sylt, was sicher auch an dem einmaligen Wetter der vergangenen 10 Tage gelegen hat. Aber eben auch an der Wohnung bzw. Dem kleinen Häuschen, welches idyllisch und sehr ruhig in Westerland gelegen ist, aber eben doch sehr zentral. Man ist in 5 Minuten in der Stadt und in 10 Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Und wem es gefällt, der kann von dort die ganze Insel mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. So haben wir es gemacht. Ganz tolles Häuschen mit Garten und Strandkorb, in dem man sich dann von den Ausflügen bestens erholen kann. Übrigens auch nur Unweit gelegen von Lebensmittel und Bäckerei. Wir fanden es toll, empfehlen es gern weiter und kommen sehr gern wieder. Kleiner Tipp für den Vermieter: Matratze unter dem Dach oder besser gleich 2, bezogen und mit Bettdecken wären dann die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen. Es war toll, Danke!

Super und schöner Urlaub

Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung lag in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung auf Sylt

Die Fewo entspricht der Beschreibung. Bahnhof, Flughafen und Innenstadt sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen. Sie ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr genossen haben wir die beiden Badezimmer, eines sogar mit Badewanne und das gute Boxspringbett. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, nah vom Zentrum und doch in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sicher wieder kommen.

Sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Sie ist auf mehren Etagen, was ev. für ältere Leute nicht so ideal ist. Für uns war das überhaupt kein Problem. Sie befindet sich ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum und es ist sehr ruhig.
