Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great rental experience. Main complaint would be that kitchen furnishings are pretty sparce. No coffee filters to start with and we didn't know what kind to bring beforehand (should add this to property info); pots and pans are old and cheap...suggest updating. A spare roll of TP in the bathrooms would have been nice also. We came by boat and had no car...made due with what we brought with us. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.

Family Vacation 2024
Property is very roomy and comfortable except fold out couch in kid room. A couple plugs did not work and outside furniture could use some TLC. Even with the minor issues, we would stay at this property again.

Great location on first floor
Loved the easy access to parking garage, pools on first floor, and beautiful view of bay. A few minor issues, ladder on bunk bed was broke, hinge not even bolted in, top bunk bedding was not made, so we just did not use it. Couch bed in bunk room is extremely uncomfortable, springs coming through. Master bathroom had a really loud high pitched ringing constantly from other units flushing, but if you turn fan on and shut door it will not keep you awake. Unit could use more dishes, for families that cook in unit for a large family. All of these things were totally minor, it definitely did not keep us from having a great time and we will rent this unit again. The resort offers everything you need for a great vacation, we never had to leave except to eat and rent a boat with Caribe Marina, which you get a discount from staying with the resort. This is our second year staying here and we will make this a tradition for many years to come.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third consecutive year in B107. The layout is great for our family. It’s spacious and the furnishings are well thought out. BUT, it’s so tired. This unit needs updating. Walls are dirty; hall bathroom fixture has a hole around it; the outlet in that bathroom didn’t work; the couches are completely faded from the sun; the pots and pans are so scratched they are actually dangerous to use; and the other cooking utensils need to be inventoried and replaced as needed; outdoor furniture is peeling apart and the cushions are filthy. We really want to come back next year. Help us out with some updating!

The view when I walked into the living room took my breath away. It was a perfect girls get away for my mom's 70th birthday! The location of the room, view from the balcony, and amenities were absolutely perfect!

Overall good experience
Overall rental experience was good. Decorations were nice, but needed some minor maintenance. The pools are great but some of the shared spaces are starting to show a little age. Satisfied overall.
