Larger than MOST 3 bedroom homes in Palm Springs, this 2000 sq ft. 3 BR/2 BA home is newly remodeled, with brand new and well-appointed furnishings throughout the whole house. Upon entering the home, you will be met with a bright and airy open living / dining room area. The home also has a recreational room that includes a brand new pool table, classic family games, and a separate entertainment room which includes a long pub table behind a lounge couch for your TV viewing or working pleasures. With multiple separate rooms (THREE to be exact) throughout the house, this home is ideal for guests who also crave personal space when needed. The newly remodeled galley kitchen (size & style remains authentic to the Meiselman architectural design) is fully stocked with updated appliances and kitchenware to make your stay convenient and comfortable.
This home has multiple entrances to the backyard, giving our guests personal space and allowing them to enter the spacious yard at their leisure. Lastly, the front and back yard has been fully redesigned, with all the mid century vibes in mind; including a newly built outdoor shower for an after-or-before a dip in the pool. A contemporary outdoor fire pit will offer our guests warmth and calmness at dusk, while watching the sun set.

*The City of Palm Springs has a strictly enforced sound ordinance. NO outdoor music is permitted during night or day. People's noise is permissible and should be reasonable and measured between the hours of 10am-9pm.
