Our approx. 85 sqm apartment is centrally located in a restricted traffic area, approx. 100 m from the train station and approx. 150 m from Lake Constance and the ship landing stage. It consists of a living room with satellite TV and double sofa bed, a kitchen with kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bed chair, the second with a French bed and an additional bed.

In the bathroom, the floor is tiled, the hallway and the bedrooms have cork floors, the living room has parquet. The apartment has a balcony with west orientation.
