Welcome to Shorewalk . 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo maximum occupancy of 4 people is located on the popular Shorewalk Vacation Villas Resort in West Bradenton. Fabulous lake views can be seen from the Master Suite, Living area and off course the screened Lanai.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amenities at Shorewalk Vacation Villas include 2 heated community pools, 2 Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, Pickle ball, ping pong table, shuffle board , a children's playground, 2 over sized gas BBQ grills and pool billiard. All amenities are free. The property is only 5 miles away from the soft white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. The IMG Academy is 5 driving minutes from the condo. Shorewalk Vacation Villas is in a great location to take advantage of everything that Sarasota, Bradenton has to offer and of course the beaches on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. In addition to strolling the beach or biking on the island, you can enjoy all of the cultural activities, shops and great restaurants in the area. At the end of the day, listen to the gentle breezes of the swaying palms and enjoy the spectacular sunsets as you unwind with your favorite beverage. The Property is ideally situated close to all Shops, Restaurants, Bars and local amenities. Water sports are close by with endless activities for all the family, from Kayaking to Jet Ski rentals, why not try out a guided Dolphin Watch tour either by Boat or Jet Ski. The Beaches of Venice are a short drive South, Venice is famous for the Ringling Brothers Circus winter home, and kids will love searching for Sharks Teeth on the beach. Sarasota also offers the Ringling Museum of Art, Mote Marine Aquarium and a host of other activities. For Beaches Siesta Key is always worth a visit, each year Siesta Key Beach is crowned the beach with the Worlds Whitest Sand. Or try Kayaking at Myakka River State Park, a Greta day out for all the Family.

Lovely Stay

We were in FL for a lacrosse tournament at IMG and were so happy with this property. Clean, spacious, safe and had everything we needed for a great stay! We were just minutes from the IMG Academy, which was super convenient. I felt safe in the property and surrounding area to go jogging and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. The property owner was so responsive and accommodating. We hope to stay here again next time we are down for lacrosse!!

Overall excellent

Fabulous location! A bit of an ant issue in second bedroom and bathroom. King mattress really should be replaced. It’s old and lumpy. However, this unit was made available in an emergency, storm related time and we are so grateful for the few exceptions made on our behalf. Yvon was an amazing agent to work with! Highly recommend him and this condo for vacation bound guests.

This is the 4th time staying at Shorewalk condos and the 2nd in the same condo. The manager was wonderful and we were able to reach him if we needed to. Can’t wait to come back again.

Very nice and clean condo

Great experience and location. The unit was well stocked and very clean. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would recommend is getting rid of the carpet in the bedrooms and replace it with vinyl or wooden flooring.

Wonderful place to stay, reasonably priced too

We really enjoyed the amenities (pool, ping pong table, quiet, etc) and the condo was clean. It was an easy drive to the beach as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again! A couple small negatives was the living room TV not being a smart TV to watch our shows and the tinted screens on the patio trap heat and obscure the view

The condo was in good condition, except for the master bedroom carpet, it was disgusting. L

The king size bed was so soft that it had a mound in the center and the carpeting was disgusting. Otherwise, everything was fine except no laundry soap.

Great location. Close to beach, pools, golf, restaurants, preserves, ballpark and food stores. I'll choose a first floor condo next time. Our place was furnished perfect but only issue is that it needs new mattresses. Enjoyed our two weeks.

Easy check-in and communication with manager. The condo was nicely and comfortably furnished. The kingbed was a bit lumpy. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The location within Shorewalk was very good. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a good time

Condominium was as advertised: clean, spacious, and with creature comforts. I'd say, given our late search to find a place in the area, this was a good deal. Yvon was super responsive to the couple issues we had. Shorewalk itself is in a cluster of different developments, all of which are pretty nice. If you happen to drive an EV, the Legacy Hotel @IMG is a mile away and has a bay of 6 free destination chargers.

Perfect for what we needed

Great location. Friendly neighbors. Lots of fun fishing, playing pickle ball, using the pool and hot tub, and grilling area. Great experience! Close to IMG.

Skip this one

Upon arrival none of the TV's were hooked up properly to cable. Internet was difficult to connect to. The bed in the master was the worst I have ever slept in. I could literally feel the springs and the bedding and pillows had a very bad odor. The drain in the master bath barely drained. There was renovation going on in the downstairs unit so I had to endure loud construction noises some nights until 10 pm. The property manager Yvon was rude and condescending. This unit is on the second floor with no elevator. I am 70 years old and had great difficulty getting my luggage up the stairs. I asked for help and was offered someone to help for $35. and these exact words from Yvon "FYI we are not a hotel!" Worst experience ever.

The condo was nice , clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location, close to beach, traffic is a whole other story, get an early start if you want to hit the beach. The complex offered enough entertainment. We had a great group of people that were snowbirds as well and we played pickleball every day. 2 great pools, tennis and very well kept grounds. Great area for walks. It was walking distance to stores. The condo was furnished with everything you could want and NOT dollar store quality. I would go back. Felt like home!!

Florida GetAway

Clean, uncluttered with lovely decor especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. New refrigerator, efficient washer dryer, dishwasher, dated oven and microwave. I kept the windows open with the overhead fans but the windows were difficult to open. The community pools and the sports available were a welcome addition for my grandchildren in their brief stay. Yvon was an attentive host and came to make needed repairs . As he knows, I was disappointed the fountain in the lake did not work. I hope it works next year when I return in February 🤗 Thank you Yvon
