About this property

Holiday in one of the most beautiful regions and unspoilt nature

In a recreational and hiking area like no other directly on the doorstep and yet close enough to the most beautiful cities in the southern Black Forest such. B. Freiburg, Staufen or Titisee is our detached house at 1064 m above sea level. Sea.
We offer you in a quiet location two modern double rooms or a holiday apartment. Around the house you will find beautiful meadows with a barbecue area, large lawn and playground. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. We issue the KONUS card for the use of public transport.

The apartment is about 35 square meters and consists of a living room with box-spring bed, a sofa bed, TV and closet, a fitted kitchen with electric hob, fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom consists of toilet and shower. The apartment is newly renovated.
Upon request, we can serve you breakfast for an extra charge.

Tolle Zeit in Hofsgrund
wir hatten einen wunderbaren kurzen Winterurlaub zu viert in der für uns etwas kleinen, aber gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da war wir benötigten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

sein sehr schöner Urlaub um den Kopf mal frei zu bekommen
Ein sehr schöner Urlaub trotz nicht so tollen Wetter, die super nette Vermieterin, kennt die Gegend wie ihre Westentasche, ist gern bereit Tipps für Ausflüge Wanderrouten zu geben und ist für alle sonstigen Fragen offen und jederzeit ansprechbar. Mit dem stündlich fahrenden Bus ist man in 20min in Kirchzarten und von dort gibt es direkten Anschluß nach Freiburg oder weiter nach Basel für die Schlechtwettervariante. Basel ist mit 49E Ticket in 1h von Freiburg aus zu erreichen und für alle die gern Kunst anschauen eigentlich ein muss. Kunstmuseum ist mit der Strassenbahn6 ein paar Stationen weit schnell erreichbar . Ansonsten ist Hofgrund ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für wandern und Radtouren in alle Richtungen. ich komme gern wieder! Für mich war der einzige Minuspunkt das sehr wacklige Internet, welches eigentlich nur im Heizungsraum funktionierte, aber mal daddlfreie Zeit hat auch was ;-)

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und haben Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Unsere Tochter hatte die meiste Zeit Kinder zum Spielen. Wir waren in den Ferien da für 2 Wochen. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Prachtige week
Ons verblijf bij Brigitte Rees was bijzonder aangenaam en ontspannend. We kwamen zeer verrast aan in een volledig witte wereld (27 april). Heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst. Dagje treinen met de Schwarzwaldbahn vinden wij iets minder, maar het geheel was erg fijn. Prima schoon en compleet. Het onderkomen zelf is gelegen in het onderste gedeelte van het appartementsgebouw en mede hierdoor ietwat donker. In combinatie met de tuin zal dat echter geen enkel probleem zijn, maar door de sneeuw hebben wij dat niet echt goed kunnen beoordelen. Al met al heel fijn en zeker een aanrader!

Pfingsturlaub Schwarzwald
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und7) über Pfingsten im schönen Hochschwarzwald und haben den Aufenthalt dort wirklich in allen Zügen genossen. Die Anreise hatte sehr lange gedauert, sodass wir statt um 19:30 Uhr, erst um 22:00 Uhr angekommen sind. Die nette Besitzerin der Ferienwohnung hat auf uns gewartet und trotz so später Anreise alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung war super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Besitzerin wohnt auch vor Ort und man kann sich bei allen Fragen direkt an sie wenden. Uns würden auch schöne Ecken zum Besuchen empfohlen. Alles in einem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen.

Ein toller Urlaub in schöner Natur
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Oberried. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Familie super. Die Besichtigung des alten Häusles war wirklich sehr interessant. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Achtung: "Glücksspiel"
Schon die Anreise war für uns leider enttäuschend; am Nachmittag unserer Anreise war «Hofsgrund» gesperrt. Davon haben wir aber nicht von der Vermieterin, sondern vom Busfahrer erfahren, als wir in Kirchzarten schon im Bus sassen. Wir wurden dann an einer Haltestelle vor «Hofsgrund» ausgeladen und wussten nicht, wo wir uns befanden. Wir mussten dann ein Taxi bestellen, gelangten so aber dann doch noch zur Ferienwohnung. Wir möchten informieren, dass der öffentliche Verkehr insb. von Montag bis Freitag nur einmal pro Stunde von bzw. nach «Hofsgrund» fährt. Zudem muss man in Freiburg spätestens um 19:40 Uhr den Zug nehmen, um am gleichen Tag noch nach «Hofsgrund» zu gelangen. Von der Vermieterin wurden wir beim Check-In informiert, dass wir offenbar «die kleinere Wohnung» erhalten hätten. Zunächst haben wir uns nichts dabei gedacht. Im Laufe der Woche kamen wir darauf, dass es in diesem Haus offenbar zwei Wohnungen (eine «kleine» und eine «grosse») gibt, wofür die Vermieterin wohl den identischen Preis verlangt. Die gezeigten Bilder gemäss Anzeige sind irreführend. Unsere Wohnung war viel schlechter ausgestattet, mit kleinem Bad und enger Küche. Man sollte bei diesem Objekt prüfen, dass man tatsächlich die Leistung erhält, wofür man bezahlt hat. Die Konus-Karte war für uns positiv und wir danken Frau Rees für die prompte Ausstellung. Die gesamte Erfahrung mit dieser Wohnung war für uns aber eine grosse Enttäuschung und wir können dieses Objekt nicht empfehlen.

Am Anreisetag kamen wir spät an. Trotzdem verlief das Einchecken problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
