Casa Sweet Pea, or "Chicharito," is a bright and modern home located in Santiago, one of Merida's most active neighborhoods with restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and minutes away from the city's favorite attractions.
You enter into the spacious, open-concept living and dining room. There is a smart HD TV hooked up with Netflix so that you can wind down after getting back from a busy day of touring. The dining area has soaring ceilings with a gorgeous art piece, customized for this house by a talented Mexican artist. Next to the dining area is half-bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. Purified water is provided, as well as coffee. The refrigerator has ice made from purified water as well, so no need to worry. The master is located downstairs with floor to ceiling windows letting in the natural light and the tranquil scenery. The guest room is upstairs and has the option for either a king sized bed or two twins. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms as well as blackout blinds.
The house has a light and open feel with numerous skylights for ventilation to help keep things cool, as well as mini splits in all of the bedrooms and living area.
