Pull the sections out to create a full-on lounge area that’s perfect for movie nights on the 60” Smart TV – throw blankets & additional pillows provided, just add popcorn!
Nearby you’ll find the large dining table that easily accommodates 8 – 10 for family meals. Beachy woven chairs and a fully stocked set of dishes, glassware and utensils are all ready to serve up your favorite homemade treats, fresh Gulf seafood, or takeout from one of the island’s delicious local eateries.
The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and serving ware. Stainless steel appliances make cooking a breeze, and the peninsula can be used for serving or casual breakfast dining. Perfect for families traveling together, Willy’s Place features thoughtfully appointed bedrooms with all the features you need for a relaxing beach trip. The king size primary suite boasts plush bedding and plenty of storage space for your vacay wardrobe (though you can pack light and take advantage of the washer & dryer in the home, too!). The en suite full bath features ample storage, a laundry basket, and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms are found on the other side of this cozy beach house, with a full bath in between. The queen bedroom boasts plenty of pillows, extra throws, a travel crib, and storage space as well. The fun bunk room is a dream come true for the kiddos with 3 twin bunk beds, fascinating fish décor, ocean-themed books, a play table, kid-size ottomans & more.
Outside is where the magic happens! The rooftop deck is a great choice for sunning watching the dolphins surface in the waves. The main level deck is a shaded oasis with a plush outdoor seating area - perfect for unwinding and conversing with your favorite people. There’s a full stash of beach toys available, plus corn hole, soccer balls, and more outdoor toys to keep everyone busy and having fun. And, when it comes to fun in the sand & surf, you’re only two houses away from the neighborhood walkover!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
