About this property

Make memories at Lake of the Ozarks! There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 8. Located in the popular, family friendly complex of The Ledges Condominiums.

The Ledges Condominiums, one of the most popular locations at the lake, is situated right on the MAIN channel at the 21-mile marker. Besides its magnificent view, this complex offers the following amenities:
• Two lakeview pools, one lakefront and one up on the hill, both with spectacular views.
• Sandy beach with lake access for swimming
• Playground
• Fishing/swimming from the docks
By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Café. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.

You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with a large windows that look over the main channel. It also has a brand new king-sized bed, flat screen tv, Roku, and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom features 2 full size beds that sleep 4 guest, flat screen tv, and roku.

Living area includes a queen sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests, a flat screen tv, Roku, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio.

Effective February 25, 2024 the grill will be removed from the deck due to the new ordinance from the Osage Beach Fire Department.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 9 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.

Don’t forget to inquire about the 12x30’ boat slip for rent!
No boat launch at this location.
No trailer parking available at this location from May to September.

Ozark Exploration

Condo completely net our expectations. View of the Lake and the Morning Sunrise was the best way to start each day. Location was perfect base for all our exploring. Only negative was the incredible amount of Deer wandering the roads at night. We were constantly having to dodge them and had one run into the side of the car

Perfect in every way!

This property was amazing! Let me just say the view from the deck was my favorite part. The water views did not disappoint! Having coffee or adult beverage and watching the boats drive by was relaxing and exhilarating! The condo was perfectly decorated and extremely roomy! Very well stocked and comfy! My only regret was having to leave!

What a view!

The apartment was clean and the master bedroom’s bed was very comfortable. The view from the master bedroom and the balcony were spectacular. I spent most of my time there on the balcony enjoying the incredible views.

This condo is very nice and in a super location! It is easy to get to and is close to so many things to do and see. The view is fantastic. The entry packet that the host sent to us had everything we needed...there was no guessing what to do, where to go, or how to turn things on and off. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Moms-off-duty Weekend

What a lovely stay even in the cold of February! The Condo was clean and appointed precisely as listed. The directions for entry/exit were clear and we had no issues with our stay. Even though it was cold and snowy, we bundled up and enjoyed coffee on the terrace. The location is super convenient for shopping and restaurants. Thank you for enhancing a great weekend for three moms who got to be off duty!!!

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful views of the lake, and the mirrors on the wall are striking when the lake is reflecting in them! We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything you need for a comfy weekend in. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, and there are plenty of kitchen tools to cook. The couch with the pullout bed was not the most comfortable to sit on - the seat was a bit shallow and the cushions are flat so they don't provide good padding between the person and the bed framing beneath. If the couch were replaced, this stay would be the comfiest! That one minor concern wouldn't affect our decision to stay again, though, and it shouldn't affect your decision either. If you want great lake views, a wonderful deck to sit on, and a nice lake condo, this is the place to go.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The lake views were amazing! The condo was clean, updated, and everything needed was provided. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the boats go by. One evening we were fortunate to see an eagle fly over our balcony. Would definitely come back!
