Welcome to this bright and beautifully decorated 278sf oasis by the sea. The apartment is well appointed in a clean simple manner with nautical influences. There is wonderful custom lighting, a round table for meals, an antique enamel kitchen sink and cabinets and an apartment sized gas stove. The bathroom has a newly tiled stall shower. There is a King size bed, which can be separated into 2 twins by request. Enjoy the exclusive outdoor patio with your morning coffee or while enjoying the setting sun.
There are windows on both sides of the apartment to catch the breeze and as a back up there is a window air conditioner. *** Please note there is no television so if you can’t live without your favorite sitcom sign up for Netflix before you arrive.
A couple of blocks away is the fabulous Relish Bakery, the Bay Beach is just beyond and the condo is a very short bike ride to Herring Cove Beach.
Parking is not necessarily available. Please inquiry if you need parking.

Good for two people who get along very well and don't mind sharing a small closet and dresser! Would have loved a toaster but otherwise a well set up kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, nice quiet area, a parking spot, and it was a very easy check-in process.
Stayed for Carnival week - close to all the party venues and tea. Friendly neighbors. 10/10 recommend.

West End Ptown Studio Apt
Cute apartment in great location. The kitchen is fully equipped and space is well lit. The picture of the outside seating area is outdated. It is under a large hydrangea plant and not really usable. The bed is in need of a new mattress. We rotated the mattress after a few nights.
Due to a mistake in booking (not mine), this property was offered to me as the only option left available the week I arrived. I lucked out big time. Although on Bradford St, it is tucked away from the road and is super quiet. The flat is the middle unit in a 4 unit building that seems mostly occupied by the owners on weekends. Everyone was so nice and kind. The flat itself is as it is pictured. Comfortable, quiet, cozy. The bed is great. The AC works. Although it isn’t the most modern place, it has all you need and is great value overall. Highly recommended!
This unit was perfect for our 2-week stay in Provincetown. While small, it had all the conveniences one would need (we ate out for each meal, so we didn’t use the kitchenette.) I loved the nautical decor and the apartment was very bright throughout the day, with lovely hydrangeas outside on the porch. The best part of this unit is the location, which is in the prettiest and quietest part of town, while walking distance to every great restaurant and attraction in Provincetown. We would happily stay here again on our next trip!
The studio was perfect for our long weekend in Ptown. Located in a quiet section of town, walking to the nearby bustling Commercial St as well as the local grocery store can be done in minutes. The space was functional with a fully stocked kitchen and table should you want to enjoy a meal at home. The only downfall we encountered was that the property did not provide parking which became an inconvenience.
This is a small quiet studio that was perfect for one person and a dog. Very comfortable bed. Felt private and safe yet not far from the action. It's *just* far enough away that it's helpful to have a bike. Contrary to what the listing says, it is definitely *not* waterfront or water view.
There are a few things about this listing that could have been improved with a small amount of effort. The outdoor space is two chairs that face a wall and a common path. Okay, fine - would still be nice for morning coffee, but when I was there there were plants growing over/through the chairs in a way that made them impossible to use. All it needed was a tiny bit of garden maintenance to make what little space you got usable.
Also, this is a small unit and there are many decor choices that made storage more difficult than necessary (no place in the bathroom to put things, few storage places or surfaces in the main area, I had to move knick-knacks to have a surface to put pantry food). Missing some basics like a broom or a fan. Add a few shelves and those basics and the already cozy space becomes totally pleasant.
