For shared use: natural state property 6'000 m2 with plants and flowers, natural garden, beautiful garden to relax. Table tennis, patio, pergola. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 200 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Postauto Linie 541" 500 m, railway station "Melano SBB-CFF" 2.1 km, lake Lago di Lugano 2.6 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Swissminiatur, Melide 7 km, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio 9 km, Mercato Como IT 23 km, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT 30 km, Mühle von Bruzella. Studio Rovio
Studio ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Es ist ruhig und an einem sehr schönen Ort gelegen. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat es keinen WLAN und der Fernseher hat keine SRF Programme. Auch der Empfang ist bei schlechtem Wetter gestört. An den Fenstern müsste man unbedingt Fliegengitter montieren, um besser zu lüften und zu schlafen. Garten und Umgebung ist sehr schön. Zu empfehlen.

Location bien située près des lacs de Lugano et de Côme
Appartement propre et confortable, simple, fonctionnel, au calme. Cependant, pas de vue sur le lac de Lugano comme mentionné dans l'annonce. (certainement trop de végétation qui a envahi les alentours de la maison). La terrasse extérieure est agréable.

Ruhige Lage, wundervoller Garten
Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und sind erneut sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Aussicht vom Garten ist einfach herrlich. Wir hatten die Unterkunft immer für uns alleine gehabt und es gibt auch keine störenden Nachbarn, so dass wir uns ungestört entspannen konnten.

Aussicht wunderschön. Bett sehr bequem, alles Nötige vorhanden. TV nicht wirklich funktionstüchtig, kein WLAN. Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da irgendwo zwischen Booking.com und Interhome ein Kommuniktionsproblem bestand (wir haben über 1 Std. ohne Nachricht vor dem Studio gewartet). Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht nur bedingt wintertauglich (nur kleiner el. Heizwärmer und el. Badheizkörper vorhanden, wir mussten dauerheizen). Whs. anderes "Ambiente" im Sommer.

Hübsche Unterkunft
Wir sind zufrieden. Abgesehen von kleineren Mängeln, Kühlschrank, was sofort und prompt behoben wurde, Fehlender Wäscheständer, Anliegen direkt bei der Kontaktperson angebracht. Dass die Unterkunft eigentlich weit von der grossen Strasse/Bahn weg ist, ist es von dort sehr lärmig. Wir durften einige erholsame Tage erleben. Wir danken dem Vermieter.

Das Studio ist zweckgemäss eingerichtet. Es liegt ruhig am Rand von Rovio, in 10 Minuten ist die Bushaltestelle erreichbar, mit Stundentakt. Es ist sonnig mit Seeblick.
