Located in Marathon, FL where you are close to local shops, restaurants, grocery stores, boat ramp, plenty of boat/jet ski/water sport rentals, fishing charters, etc. Enjoy 60 feet of private dockage and a great outdoor area equipped with a grill, bar, sink, outdoor shower, bathroom, and furniture. This deep water canal has a straight shot channel that leads you to the Atlantic Ocean and is a short boat ride to the Gulf. Come experience the great fishing and boating Marathon has to offer!

Couldn’t have been better!!!

We had a great trip! We were new to the area but were made to feel very welcome! Fransisco was a great host from the very beginning! He was helpful, responsive, engaged and personable! The house was well equipped with anything that could be needed and was clean. We loved the downstairs area to sit and relax, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit or lights/stars at night. We had asked about having a freezer for fish and bait and he went and purchased one the day we got there and had it waiting! We were very impressed and hope to be back!
