Our holiday home Jade offers approx. 150 m² of luxurious living space on two storey levels. On the ground floor you enter the open and bright living and dining area via a corridor with generous wardrobe. The light-filled living area with its tasteful interior invites you to linger and enjoy. A wood-burning stove gives a lot of warmth especially in the cooler months and makes the house a cozy place in any season. The large dining table, which invitingly connects the living area and the kitchen, comfortably seats 10 people for a cozy dinner. Our self-designed kitchen, which has been finely tuned to the smallest detail, leaves nothing to be desired, especially for amateur cooks. In addition to an induction cooker, there is even a warming compartment with plate warmer available! The highlight is our spa on the ground floor with its floor-level shower and its open-plan sauna. From here you come directly into the garden and can dive in the outdoor Jacuzzi after the sauna. The bedroom on the ground floor is spacious with a walk-in closet. On the upper floor there is an open reading gallery with a wellness lounger to relax. From here you get to the other bedrooms. Our master bedroom also has a sitting area, which can be fully converted as an extra bed, so that a family with 2 children finds enough space here. The luxurious bathroom on the first floor also has a walk-in shower. The indirect light and the flush-mounted radio invites you to relax in the free-standing bathtub. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with an LCD TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. In the EC there is a washing machine with integrated washer-dryer in the utility room.

The approximately 600 m² plot with its beautifully landscaped garden promises diversity and liveliness. The fully covered terrace with its large garden table and the integrated heater that can be used throughout the year. An electric grill is available for the barbecue season. Directly at the outdoor Jacuzzi, which is suitable for 6 people, you can enjoy the sun on the loungers. The double carport with outbuilding offers enough space for the accommodation of outdoor utensils.
