This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront villa has a beautiful kitchen with Corian counters and hardwood floors throughout the villa. Located on the 1st floor, this wonderful Sea Pines villa looks out over the pool to the water and Daufuskie Island. The living room offers access to your private deck which allows for convenient access to the beautiful pool area. The main area of the villa encompasses an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area that seats 6, and a living room with a TV. The master bedroom is furnished with king bedding and has a private en-suite bathroom. The guest room has 2 queen beds and a private bath. Good Friends

Condo was perfect for 2 couples with 2 master suites with decks. Lots of deck space for drinks, dinner, and sunset views. Beautiful grounds and views. Only problem with the unit is the very poor maintenance of the building. All of the decking needs to be replaced. One of the bedroom decks has a hole big enough for an adult foot. Sliding doors need replaced.

Great Location, Tired Condo

We love Sea Pines and especially South Beach. We found the condo with a well stocked kitchen and a good layout. The patio and the proximity to the beach was a definite treat. The furniture needs cleaning as it is worn and dirty. The towels were thin, small, gray and rough. I washed them before we used them. They were what you would expect to find at a cheap motel not a Sea Pines rental. Finally the shower fixtures in the room with 2 beds is broken. It is not possible to adjust. It is either scalding or cold. We were hoping to use the grills but the code for the pool did not work.

Great Family Vacation!!

We loved this property at Sea Pines. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location. Loved being able to walk over to the Salty Dog for a bite to eat or some ice cream😃

Awesome

Place is perfect. Easy access to beach and pool. Watched dolphins every night. Not sure how you can improve upon this place. Discounts with bikes/beach stuff outweigh bennes you get thru Sea Pines resort, which aren’t much. This is the place.

Sea Pines Getaway

Great location, right next to the pool and very short walk to beach. Accommodation was spacious and exterior decking to sit outside. We enjoyed the short walk to Salty Dog Cafe.

Quick trip

Love this particular location. Wife and I dropped daughter off at Disney College Program, decided to stay a few days at the beach on the way back. Property was fine, is due for some updates. Would have been nice to know MTC would be working on unit…scrapping and painting front door, not a problem, just would have preferred to know

Family Getaway

Awesome location

I can’t say enough about the excellent location and the fabulous view! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with all you need to prepare meals. The unit really needs some minor updates, however. New or repaired blinds, lighter shades on the 2 pole lamps in LR for more evening light and a new light fixture would be inexpensive. This being said, we would definitely stay here again. Had a great vacation!

Just Needed

A fantastic time was had by all. Only thing noted was the kitchen cabinets appeared beat up and was coming apart at the corner. My family enjoyed being on the first floor and easy access to the pool and beach. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Can’t wait to go back!!

This was our families first time at HHI and we loved it. This property was located in Sea Pines resort area which was on the southern most part of the island. We loved that Salty Dog ice cream was right across the street and had ice cream treats most nights! We also rented kayaks at the South Beach marina also across the street. It was really close to the beach and we enjoyed being on the main level and poolside. The pool was really well kept and cleaned. We did have a problem with our door code not working upon arrival, but I called the Vacation Company phone number and they answered right away. They gave us a new code and it was fine!

Great 1st Floor Unit

You can’t beat the location of this 1st floor condo unit for a family with children. It is mere steps from the pool and beach which is very convenient. The condo is comfortable, but it is showing it’s age (including several broken window treatments). Not quite as nice as other units in the same complex in which we have stayed, but the location is ideal. Overall a fine experience.

Great location

Perfect location. Walk across to The Salty Dog and ice cream. Ground level gives quick access for yard games, pool and short walk to beach. Beach area was great in both directions and not crowded. Dolphins swim by every day multiple times. Perfect area to watch the sunset. Both bedrooms have their own private bath. Fabulous wrap around deck with sliders from both bedrooms, living and dining. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It did have both Kcup and coffee pot maker. Only the coffee pot maker was in the pics. Wish we knew it had Kcup also ahead of time. Easy drive to multiple restaurants and large grocery. Pizza delivery was quick from Gissepos. Bike trails in front of property. Easy parking in front.

Property needs maintenance

Cleaning girl was late finishing cleaning for our arrival and looked like she did not clean a lot. Several blinds had slats missing, leaving privacy from outside very poor. We pointed this out to property manager, Brett when he came at our checking to fix unit lock. He was suppose to come and repair next day. We stayed around unit all day but he never showed. Then he called the following day when we decided to give up and not ruin our trip by waiting around a second day for him. We weren’t there so he couldn’t fix. Unit lacks kitchen supplies very under equipped. Also has sliding patio doors that are so rusted they are very hard to open. Overall a very poorly maintained unit and it shows.

Overall a satisfactory experience

Communication and information supplied by vrbo.com excellent. As for the unit, a couple of areas need attention: -Coffee table...the grooves that the glass sits on has an accumulation of grime -Sliding doors in LV and 2nd BR blinds have missing slats affecting privacy The beds bottom sheets do not fit properly...should be "deep pocket"

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful vacation here. The unit is beautiful and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool area was nice with lots of seating and even some nice shady spots. The grounds were immaculately kept. The grounds keepers even kept the grills spotless. The beach area is nice with lots of wildlife to watch in the sound. There is little to no beach at high tide. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, cups, pots, pans etc. The knives didn't work well, but I'm used to that in most rentals. We loved the porches, although the porch off the master was unusable due to furniture that was ready to fall through. The furniture on the other porch was in great condition. The Vacation Company was a fantastic rental company to deal with. Their app, text notifications etc. were all so helpful. It made checking in and out of our unit a breeze. We can't wait to return to 1865 Beachside Tennis. Thank you so much for sharing your home!
