It is an absolutely quiet and sunny location surrounded by nature about 6 km above Cannero Riviera and about 1 km from Viggiona away. In the immediate vicinity are many beautiful hiking trails. This area is also ideal for mountain bike tours. The tastefully furnished 3-room house with separate living room and guest toilet has a living space of approx. 100 m² and the completely fenced slope property measures approx. 800 m². To be highlighted is the approx. 150 m² huge solarium terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake. There is a free WLAN Internet access available for navigating the Internet.
