Bedroom 1 (Queen) Bedroom 2, twin beds, one twin trundle (closest to window) that can be moved to stationary twin to make king, if preferred. Full bath with tub/shower.
Pet friendly for our well behaved friends. Please help us stay pet friendly by picking up behind your pets outside.

Approx. 30 - 50ft (across the street) just before, at the end of fence and at the old bridge offers access to the Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair front porch is a favorite and offers some views of the river. Save on parking fees by staying with us, downtown. Walk to downtown shopping, liquor store and our famous Betty"s Country Store (IGA) for groceries. Walk to many restaurants including Paul's Steak House (on the River) where you can dance the night away at Paul's Margarita Deck. Enjoy the Indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. Water park & tubing during those warm summer days and don't forget the zip lines & rollercoaster, one of our favorites. Helen offers something for everyone.

Great family get-away

We had 290A and 290C next door. My household in one and my son in the other. Without a doubt, the best 4-bedroom accommodation in Helen and Helen is the best family vacation site in north Georgia.

Very nice, quaint , very clean.

Great Time

This was the fourth time staying here at the bingalows and once again we had a wonderful time. Great communication with the owners, they were right there to help us with a TV issue, thanks Cindy and Scott. We loved our tme there with our fur baby Tippy, she loves walking all over Helen such a pet friendly town. We wiil be back again.

Perfect Vacation Cottage

Had a great vacation getaway at this property which was as described and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Very clean and in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great location

Located right in downtown Helen this cabin is cute with easy access to all local restaurants and bars. We only needed our car when we left town. The host was communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

Perfect location to explore Helen by foot. Everything is as advertised and it was great. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. No problems in any way. Our little dog enjoyed his stay, too.

Great location

The cabin was in a great location. Overall the cabin was nice and clean. The main recliner in the living room smelled a little like urine and seemed pretty old. We also didn’t have any toilet paper when we arrived. Luckily I had packed some with me. Other than that the stay was nice. Would just recommend updating some things.

Perfect spot in a great town

Cute place with everything we needed close to town and restaurants. Be sure to stop nearby at Hartman farm to visit the old homestead also check out the really old general store in the next town over, it’s a blast from the past. Cheers!

Perfect cabin close to town!!

First visit to Helen the cabin we rented was perfect and close to town. We could walk everywhere. The gift shops, restaurants, wineries and all stores were all open for business. The town is lovely and set up like the Swiss Alps and many restaurants specialized in German foods. We really enjoyed our stay in this perfect cabin! The owners were so friendly and available for us with any of our needs. Highly recommend them!

Girls Weekend!

We (2 of us) had a wonderful weekend in Helen. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Helen. We would love to come back and book this same house again some day.

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

My husband and our two teens had an amazing time! The bungalow is on a quiet street yet close to everything. We walked everywhere we went in town. The space was just the right size and very cozy. We’ll definitely be staying at this property again.

Love this spot

We travel to Helen every year for the Unicoi Custom Callmakers show and we’ve enjoyed being in town and convenient to everything! It’s cozy and has everything you need!

2023 Christmas Vacay

A very nice place to stay, Convenient to grocery store and downtown shopping. The river being across the road was a nice view while sitting on front porch. One thing that should have been was a grab bar to help with in and out of shower/tub.

Great location for a getaway to rest and relax.

I enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and that I could walk my Beagles around what is mostly a pet friendly downtown easily. The beds were comfortable and having a lot of viewing choices on the Roku was a plus.

Loved how convenient this place was to town. We were in walking distance to everything. This was a very cute place that met all our needs. It was very clean and had comfortable furniture. Owner was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. We are definitely staying here again.

This is the only place I will stay in Helen. There are no stairs, the proximity to town is one block and it has the best stocked kitchen of any rental.

Charming cottage in a great location!

We loved this cozy cottage! We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door, like staying at Granny's 😉 We had a minor issue during our stay and the owners were very quick to respond and get it resolved. It was comfortable for our group of four adults, although sometimes we wish we had a second bathroom, haha. The location was perfect for walking downtown to all the shops and restaurants. We didn't see any horse and buggies, but did enjoy relaxing on the front porch. Betty's country store is a short walk around the corner and so convenient for anything you need. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful small bungalow nestled in downtown Helen Ga. It was within walking distance to everything. The bungalow was very clean and tidy. Are family will be staying here in the future.
