PARKING:
One (1) Car Garage Parking (approx. 7ft W x 17ft L x 6'10H) | 1 SM to MD SUV/Truck. Will fit G-Wagon, Toyota RAV4. Toyota Tacoma will fit, however garage door will not close. Street parking is very tight during summer and varies on street sweeping schedule. Several overnight and over-sized parking lots within walking distance, but they do fill up quickly.

Our Bayfront Walk FIND is great for anyone looking to stay for a little, or stay awhile. Tucked away directly on the Mission Bay boardwalk, located in one of the most desirable & tranquil sections of Mission Beach, just a ½ mile south of historic Belmont Park. You cannot beat the location!!

Walk down your steps and around the corner to put your toes in the Bay sand (see photos), cross the street 2 blocks to surf the Ocean waves, wagon to one of two playgrounds, or bike the miles of boardwalk Pacific Beach has to offer. Plus, just minutes to all San Diego & La Jolla What more can you ask for?! We offer concierge services for hire, and partner with golf cart & baby gear rentals, surf lessons, and more – Let us help you dream-up your vacation.

NOTE: This unit does NOT have in unit views and has a shared patio. We do provide plenty of outdoor beach gear you can set-up your own space directly on sand or bay grassy areas. Looking for a VIEW? TheBeachRenter® is known for our extra clean rentals. We are being extremely intentional with our cleanings. We have eliminated all natural cleaners and implemented extra cleaning precautions per CDC guidelines that include Lysol laundry additive to all bedding, and using hospital grade disinfectant cleaner. That being said, this is still a Rent at Your Own Risk property. No matter the season antiviral wipes and sprays have and will continue to be standard in all our rentals for your peace of mind.

SUSTAINABILITY:
• Signed rental agreement, ID & CC on file with TheBeachRenter® is required.

• Smoking & Pets are NOT permitted.

• NO Laundry. BUT, Laundromat only 1.5 miles away

• 2ND level duplex (1.5 flights of stairs), unit is off alley, sits above main house and garages. Bottom unit– is where our amazing & oh so cool owner reside long-term. To access bay or patio you must walk down your stairs, through breezeway and towards boardwalk - Please see photos.

• Unit has wall mounted "mini split" A/C & Heating system in living room. And a Window A/C unit in Bedroom. Plus, ceiling fans. A/C is not common for area or need much.

• Although it is not noticed much, Mission Beach may experience intermittent airplane noise. The San Diego International Airport is centrally located in San Diego, it is common for many SD neighborhoods to be below one of the flight paths. Flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am.

Anniversary Celebration
The owners live directly below the condo and were very welcoming. The condo is extremely comfortable, clean, footsteps to both beaches and close to all our favorite places in mission beach. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Cozy Beautiful Beach Stay
The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Located at the end of mission beach with two beaches in walking distance. The apartment/garage is filled with everything you need for a weekend stay. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket and umbrella. It was wonderful. The home was extremely clean and was very spacious. Would love to stay here again

Great, clean place to stay on the bay!
This is a wonderful location, just wish it had a view of the bay. No washer/dryer as listed but not a big deal, it was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the neighbors dog being loud, getting in the way of the garage when checking in and out and there are so many loud noises here at all hours.

We had an amazing stay last week in this property! It was plenty spacious for my family and exactly as described in the listing. The shared patio has a beautiful view of the bay and the walk to ocean is about 2 minutes. The description of the garage is accurate. It is VERY tight. I had a Dodge Charger sedan and had to climb out the window to get out once I was in. After the first night I ended up just parking at Mission Point park in the free overnight spots and just walking 10 minutes. There are plenty of beach toys, umbrellas and a wagon in the garage to use which was awesome with 2 small kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this location!

Just as described. Very clean and the location can’t be beat. Loved grabbing a coffee in the morning and going for a walk on the beach before starting our day. The owners were super nice and their dogs were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Best of Both Beaches!
Perfect place to stay and in a great spot! Just a few steps away from relaxing on the Bayside and then cross the street to the Ocean side! Got the Best of Both! Place was super clean, all the amenities you need. Close to lots of food, shops and beaitiful walks! The garage is small but so nice to have and loaded with great beach chairs etc. Would definitely stay here again!! God Bless America!

Hidden Gem
Beautiful location, short walk to the beach and Boardwalk. There is a little grocery store nearby which is ok in a pinch, but it’s expensive and not super well stocked. Best to pick up your groceries in the shopping district (which is about an hour walk along the boardwalk or an 8 mins Uber ride). I loved Mission Beach and this little apartment was very reasonably priced, excellent location and well stocked.

Stayed for 4 nights. Space was clean and spacious. While we didn't cook the kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Close to all things that we wanted to do. There weren't many restaurant options on the main strip near the apartment. You can walk for sure but know it will be a mile or more. Otherwise a block from the beach and the bay right behind. Nice and quiet. The property manager was amazing with communication when needed and had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was also incredibly friendly. This was a great stay for us.

When I started my search on VRBO and came upon this property I said to myself, this is perfect! Not to mention the property included a garage (huge plus) it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Diana provided us with all the necessary access information (garage code & entry into the apartment). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one needs to prepare a delicious meal. The large assortment of spices! It felt like I had entered my home pantry. The bed is extremely comfortable not to mention "loved the linens"! The overall size of the space is absolutely perfect. The location couldn't be better, so close to the airport and many attractions that San Diego has to offer. Your space in everything and more! We will definitely be back. Kind regards, Jo-Ann & David

This home is set up very comfortably with space to have privacy from each other. Lots of storage. Kitchen is well stocked with full-size appliances. Keurig coffee maker. Toyota Corolla fits in the private garage. Peninsula and the ocean are just steps away. Quiet neighborhood. Great food within walking distance.

The stay was amazing to be on beach. The unit was cozy and had all essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home. As stated by others the garage is tight so book a smaller vehicle. The place is a short walk to the boardwalk for food and entertainment. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or issues and resolved right away.

Bayside Affordable Find is in a perfect location on the Mission Bay side of Mission Beach. You are one house length away from the sand of Mission Bay and a very short walk to the beach. The upstairs apartment is bright, comfortable, quiet, and just about everything is new and fresh. Parking is at a premium at Mission Beach and a bonus feature is that it has a garage. Diana of The Beach Renter delivers a high level of guest service.

The property was spotless and as listed. Mission Bay location was amazing for daily beach walks. Access to all San Diego has to offer less than a 20 minute drive. Owner helped us out with info when our rental car was a bit too big for garage area. Great place!
