Large family gathering

We enjoyed our stay here! Great house and fenced in backyard with BBQ close to many shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay at your home Joe.

Central location and spacious house

My wife, toddler son, and I had a great stay here for 2 weeks during our trip to Denver. The location was perfect for us - central to all we wanted to do. It also had a great basement and decent backyard for our son to play. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. We would stay there again!

Great place

The house is perfect for a couple families to stay in Denver with its split level. It’s very conveniently located in a great neighborhood with a grocery store and pharmacy a couple blocks away. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Denver.

Summer Getaway

The house is in the perfect location for us. 20-30 minutes from downtown Denver and hiking trails in the mountains. The house was clean, very easy to get to from the interstate and has game area for the family. Definitely recommend this house and we will be back again.

Excellent home and location!

My extended family spent a few days at this property for a quick get away and concert in Morrison. We had more than enough room for 9 individuals(including 4 children). Would definitely recommend the location as its easy access to interstates, Red Rocks, Golden, and even Colorado Springs. Overall, the stay was 10/10 and the amenities provided entertainment for the entire family when we weren't exploring. If we come back to the area we will definitely keep this property in mind.

Great amenities

We utilized this property for a family wedding. The location was convenient and my family enjoyed the backyard including use of the grill and cornhole. Basement also had both ping pong and foosball. Everything was neat & clean and the owner very responsive.

Another Great Stay

This is the second year we are stating at this property. Once again we had a great experience. The house is well equipped and perfect for our family. it is very well located very near I-70 and all the mountain activities. Joe is very responsive and helpful. we will definitely go back if we have the opportunity.

Great family home

This home worked great in accommodating our large family! Nestled perfectly in between our downtown Denver excursions and day trips to the mountains. It was large enough to gather together and also provided space when needed. The kids loved the ping pong table and the host was generous and also included some fun backyard games we enjoyed! Joe was wonderful to work with and had great communication. And this place was CLEAN and had everything we needed! We will definitely stay again when visiting our Denver family!!

Great Family Getaway

Stephen was an excellent host with quick communication. Home was very clean with easy interstate access as advertised. Convenient location to grocery store. Kids loved the games in the basement. There were 7 of us and plenty of space for everyone. An additional TV downstairs would have been nice but with devices we did just fine.

Great Location between Golden and Downtown Denver

House is in conveniently located between Golden and downtown Denver. We Ubered easily to both during our stay. Grocery and convenience stores are located less than half mile away and are an easy flat/straight walk down the street. Spacious backyard is great for grilling and hanging out. Joe was a fantastic host, very communicative, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks Joe!

Red rock concert

We went for a girls weekend to a red rock concert. Excellent location only about 15 minute drive to the concert. Property was clean and well maintained. Joe was responsive within minutes when we needed to communicate with him. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing I noticed was I thought the listing said there were hair dryers so we didn’t pack any and I couldn’t find one. Otherwise everything we needed for kitchen and such was there.

College Visits

We really enjoyed our trip and our stay at this property. The location served us well for visits to three colleges in the area, a zip lining adventure, hiking at Mt. Elbert, and a show at Red Rocks (… took less than 30 min to get back to the house after the concert!). A minor warning for light sleepers - the floors do creak and any late night movement will be heard. Overall, we had more than enough space, peace, and quiet for us to decompress and relax after non-stop walking tours and mountain fun. The home was very clean and had everything we needed including a chill little rabbit in the yard to greet us coming and going. The neighborhood was quiet and great for morning strolls to the coffee shop (~5 min). Joe was very quick to respond to every question. This home was a great option for our trip.

Fantastic home for family getaway

This home is perfectly located just 20 min from downtown Denver, a few minutes from Golden, and very close to mountain activities (15 min from Red Rock and less than 1h 30min from Breckenridge). It is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet less than 1 min from I-70. The house is clean and well maintained, super comfortable, the beds are awesome and the layout provides space for everyone. The game room downstairs was great for the teenagers and the living area is spacious enough for large family game nights. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped so you can really cook for the large group (we were a group of 7 staying in the house + 2 locals joining us for dinner every night). Stephen, the owner, is very nice and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Overall great stay but..

The picture of the backyard online doesn’t accurately represent the current state. There are a significant amount of over grown weeds with small prickers. My 5 year old and I tried to play frisbee which was provided at the rental, but had to stop because the frisbee kept going into those weeds. Thankfully, there was a park right down the street, so really not a big deal but was inaccurate. Location is perfect.

Summer Trip for Family Gathering

Rented this property with my extended family. Saved over $1000.00 on having to rent hotel rooms in the nearby vacinity for our 7 day 6 night stay. Close to I70 so we could get to all parts of Denver (West, Southwest, North, East) with ease. Lots of restaurants nearby in Applewood area. Grocery Store within a couple blocks to stock up on snakcks, and breakfast items. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds in all 4 rooms. Family was able to spread out and feel comfortable. Made use of the Ping-pong table, and foosball table. Even though it is an older home, the showers are upgraded, and has newer appliances that were sufficent for our needs. Kitchen had all the basic items we needed to cook meals. Would rent from this owner again, communication was excellent, easy to get to and into the property the first night, and for late arriving family members as well. Thank you.

Great rental!!!

Great place to stay!

We recently had the pleasure of booking this awesome home for a golf trip. Its in a great and clean location that is close to I-70 with multiple places to eat just down the road. The house is very clean, comfortable beds, and the manager does a fantastic job of reaching out to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!

Great Place. Loved it!

We have 4 women golfers who needed a central place to stay this was perfect. We had so much fun and even played some ping pong. The location and the house were perfect for us. Enjoyed sitting outside and walking the neighborhood. We wanted a 4 bedroom and it was comfortable for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

Really enjoyed our stay! House is nice and exactly as advertised. It’s pretty close to restaurants and a short drive to Golden. There’s a cute park within walking distance as well. Overall, it was a great stay!
