Beautiful home in Zerpenschleuse

The vacation home is located directly in the first row at the sport boat harbor of the harbor village Zerpenschleuse, between Berlin and the Werbellinsee. Scandinavian style meets modern furnishings to create a cozy accommodation to feel good. The brightly designed wooden holiday home offers a relaxing vacation all year round in the green north of Brandenburg between water and meadow.



The special feature offers the gallery-like second floor and the large panoramic windows that extend from the floor to the roof. So you can enjoy the unique view of the enchanting landscape, the water and the colorful hustle and bustle of the harbor from different corners of the house.



Even in the winter months, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor it is also wonderful to relax. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.



In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.

Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
