About this property

Living in the historic center of Marktbreits

We have a completely newly renovated apartment in our business house in the center Marktbreits in addition to our other holiday property in the former guest house "Zur Höll" in 2017.

The apartment (75 sqm) is located in the 2nd floor. OG and can be reached via the entrance between Schlossgasse 6 and 8. The apartment has three bedrooms (one of which is a passageway), a bathroom, a storage room, a kitchen with a large table and a large balcony (10 sqm).
The sleeping possibilities are as follows:
- Bedroom with single bed
- passage room with double sleeping possibility via pull-out sofa
- Bedroom with double bed and single bed

The kitchen has been re-installed in May 2017. The beds and the pull-out sofa are also new.
Both in the kitchen and on the balcony are 6 seats at the table. A children's chair is also available. If necessary we provide a children's travel bed for 10, - € extra.
You can park your luggage behind the house. Free public parking is available in the public car park on the Main river, approx. 100 m away.

Wochenende in Marktbreit
Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Innenstadt ist zwar etwas schwierig aber es gibt 5min zu Fuß einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Dafür ist man super zentral in der wunderschönen Altstadt

Marktbreit wunderschön und gutes Essen
Wir waren 5 Tage im Oktober in Marktbreit. es war sonnig in einer schönen Umgebung, in der der man viel unternehmen kann. Von Wandern über Besichtigungen, ausgezeichnetem Essen(Michelin) und auch Weinproben ist alles möglich. Die Wohnung war großzügig und gut gelegen!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Super netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern mit guten Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und unser Tipp zu den Gaststätten, in der blauen Traube und un der pizzeria ist man jederzeit willkommen. In allen anderen gaststätten leider nicht. Wir hatten leider nicht reserviert und wurden in jedem Lokal weitergeschickt, obwohl sie halb leer waren. Wirlich schade, denn marktbreit ist eine Reise wert

Es war ein Familientreffen mit Kindern und Enkelkindern. Wir haben zwei Wohnungen auf 2 Etagen gemietet - alle haben nach Ihren Bedürfnissen das richtige Plätzchen gefunden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr hübschen Ort
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Diese ist sehr hübsch, praktisch eingerichtet und für vier Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war völlig unkompliziert und alles Absprechen vor Ort sehr freundlich und entgegen kommend. Marktbreit hat viel Charm, und über einem Geschäft wie "Tragbar und Allerliebst" zu hausen, hat unser Frauenherz höher schlagen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Zentrale Lage aber schmutzig!
Die Wohnung "Fünf" in Marktbreit hat eine tolle und zentrale Lage. Man kann von hier aus viele sehenswerte Ziele in der Umgebung gut erreichen und auch Gastronomie ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Leider war die Wohnung aber so gut wie nicht gereinigt und es gab weder Besen noch Handfeger/Kehrschaufel. Einen Staubsauger haben wir dann gefunden und zwei Etagen nach oben tragen müssen. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und für die Anzahl der Personen auch mangelnde Anzahl von z.B. Weingläser (3 !?!) . Die Vermieter haben die Reinigung scheinbar nicht überprüft und waren ehrlich bestürzt über unseren Bericht bei Abreise. Wir gehen davon aus, dass hier zukünftig eine Verbesserung erfolgt....

Helle, freundliche Wohnung im Zentrum
Die Wohnung ist für 3-4 Personen sehr gut geeignet! Unsere beiden Hunde wurden, genau wie wir, herzlich begrüßt! Der Balkon ist groß und wurde bei dem herrlichen Wetter oft genutzt! Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann auch als Schlafgelegenheit benutzt werden! Deshalb ist die Sitzfläche sehr breit und könnte für kleinere Personen problematisch sein! Es steht aber auch noch ein Sessel zur Verfügung! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Marktbreit ist ein sehr netter Ort, allerdings waren sehr viele Wirtschaften geschlossen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist nett eingerichtet. Der Teppich vor der Küchenzeile ist eine Stolperfalle und sollte entfernt werden

Top Lage in Marktbreit
Im sehr idyllischen Marktbreit am Main gelegen. Mitten im Ort. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Sauber. Bäckerei ist gleich ums Eck. Supermarkt Nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Tolle Restaurants. Direkt am Mainradweg.

Wochenendempfehlung
Wir waren ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben alles vorgefunden, was wir erwartet haben. Die Küche bietet genug Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen, auf dem Balkon kann man schön in der Sonne sitzen und die Lage für weitere Ausflüge ist super.
