*Spring Break* City Center 3 Story Escape + Pool

Our upscale city center hideaway is located 3 minutes drive from city center.. We are unique in our concept and provide a spacious, yet intimate living space. We welcome all travelers who are looking for short-term hospitality and/or long-term living. We are within 1 minute of i-10, 3 minutes from city center , 10 minutes from The Galleria, and 20 minutes from downtown. The Hill's Posh Lifestyle Experience is one that you do not want to miss. Our unit is a three-story townhome. The first level is a two car garage, entry way and laundry room. As you go upstairs you will be met with a grand full sized kitchen, equipped with a Keurig and fully stocked for cooking and gatherings. Our open concept living area has two large sleeper sofas and a 50 inch smart TV. The guest bedroom and en suite bathroom is also on the second level. Once you go to the third level you will be met with a loft that can also be used as a third bedroom. We have a divider that acts as a privacy barrier. The master bedroom and bathroom is also located on the third level. There will be a mandatory $75.00 deposit for garage opener if needed . There is a mandatory$75.00 deposit for keyfob enter community automatically. Both of these deposits are fully refundable if the fob and or gate opener are received back in good order. only one garage opener Is available. only one fob Is available. if either are lost there will be a $200 fee for replacement.
