Look no further!

If you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay with full accommodations- this is it. Truly enjoyed my time there, spacious rooms, great outdoor area, great communication. Closed to all amenities. Looking forward to my next trip to Nashville!

Craig is a great host

Craig is a great host. He was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. The house was clean and comfortable. The driveway is very steep so if you are staying there when there may be snow or ice, please prepare accordingly. It is a place I would recommend for you to stay at.

Nice house but BEWARE of low rise cars in driveway!

The house met our needs wonderfully for space and location, but reviewers are not exaggerating the not just steep, but SHARP drop of driveway. It is nearly impossible not to scrape a regular axle car (like a sedan or minivan), but SUVs and trucks should be fine.

Cute but…

While the house is adorable and in a convenient location, the driveway is miserable. It is way too steep and the van bottomed out each and every time we left. This was a newer van and I am sure there is quite a bit of damage under there. Otherwise, clean, affordable and convenient.

A good stay.

The one negative is the very steep driveway, we scraped the bottom of our rental minivan a couple of the times going out onto the road. The house is very nice inside, spacious and comfortable. We found it to be very clean. We have a disabled adult in our family and we were able to carry her wheelchair into the house up the two short front steps. The main level of the house was very navigable by wheelchair and the bathroom had enough room for us to carry our daughter in & out. Lots of daytime car traffic, which is very noticeable since there is a speed bump just in front of the house but many fewer cars at night. Planes fly low overhead but plane traffic also dwindled at night and a white noise app on my phone took care of any noise. We enjoyed dinner on the upper deck and had no trouble getting the wheelchair out the back door & onto the deck. Mattresses were on the firmer side.

Everything was great. I would caution anyone with a lower riding vehicle that the driveway is steep and you might scrap the bottom of your car if it doesn't sit high enough

Cute House

This house is great for your next stay in Nashville! Not far from everything. Very clean and the best thing is that all the bedrooms have a king size beds. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and prompt to respond. Also appreciate that here wasn’t 3 pages of checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again and I come to Nashville usually once a year.

Needs better services

House was as described. Enough room for 6 people. The floors and couch were dirty, we cleaned the 1st day. The host did reimburse us the cleaning fee which was appreciated. Lawn was overgrown and was worse after our 10 day stay. House was a good size and had the basics for a good visit. Laundry service on site was an added convenience. Pest control needed! Area was convenient to downtown and easy access for Uber. Craig was a good host with prompt response.

Old house but remolded very nicely! VERY steep driveway!

We had 7 people in our group, ad says it can sleep 12 but can’t imagine more than 8 staying here comfortably. AC was turned so high/not on when we arrived that the house was 84 degrees and with old HVAC it took a long time to cool down (2+ hours) which was a bit annoying. Bedding and rooms all looked very nice. Good remodel! We never really went in the basement. TVs did not work when we arrived (weren’t linked to wi-fi or Roku and no instructions were given). Couch was not vacuumed at all. Ants and bugs (spiders) were in the downstairs, but it’s an old house near a woodsy area, so… Would have been nice to have some coffee provided for the coffee maker. Driveway was a bit nerve wracking but we managed! Host was very responsive, though no check in or house instructions were provided before we arrived. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would recommend for the future.

Perfect for our family

We came in town with a big group to celebrate a graduation. We wanted something that was affordable for a big group where we would have our own space, and this checked all the boxes. House was clean and had all the things that were necessary for our stay. Craig was incredibly quick to respond when something came up.

Great 4-bedroom house close to the airport

Clean, nicely furnished and we didn’t have to do half the cleaning before we left! Very close to the airport, good for a short drive, but the planes are loud. Very responsive owner, fixed an issue we had ASAP. Steep driveway entrance, but easily navigated in our SUV.

Close to everything we needed

This house was perfect for our trip. Our daughters were playing at Trevecca and it was an easy drive to the University. The house was clean and we all had our space. It was a short Uber to Broadway. Anything we needed was easily found including towels and paper products. The Keurig was even stocked for our mornings!

Large Place, Just what we needed

About a 15 min Uber drive to Downtown Nashville. Place was as described. Large Bedrooms with 2 Full Baths. Nice outside deck area. Plenty of amenities in Kitchen.

Nice layout, comfortable, but could have been cleaner.

Other than the lack of cleanliness in the living room area, the basement and the grounds, the house was comfortable for our larger group. Host was very responsive to any concerns we had.
