Great property, great location, terrible management company

House is great. Four bedrooms, big common area plus TV with a rooftop leads to a great time in the place. Neighborhood is great. Walking distance includes lots of bars, restaurants and music venues. Host is the worst. Non-responsive and when they do respond, it isn’t related to what we are asking. Otherwise, fun time in Nashville.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, and private. Contacted the owner a couple of times but no response. It was a busy weekend though. The neighborhood was definitely not my fav. There was a homeless person sitting outside but didn’t bother anyone. The pics are exact but lots of scratches on walls and almost fell down the steps or up because someone previously tore the threshold off one of the steps. Other than that it was beautiful and enjoyable. We needed a place to stay for our show. Elevation Memphis enjoyed the overall vacation.

Nice in Nashville

This property is beautiful, clean and the location is great. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and it’s a very short Uber ride to Broadway. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was great and the rooftop deck was nice. Just a note for future renters, there is no kitchen table and there is only room for one car in the garage. We would definitely recommend this place and we would stay here again.
