The house is at a dead end cul-de-sac with views of surrounding mountains in western Maine. This home sits on 15 aces with fruit trees, elderberries, raspberries and blackberries, as well as grape vines. Experience the hot tub, pool, hiking trails out the back door, stars, and fresh air.
This cozy family home is a wonderful place to experience the outdoors and enjoy nature. This raised ranch is located in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. Experience the quietness and enjoy slowing the pace of your life down. The property offers hiking and snowshoeing trials out the backdoor. It’s 5 minutes to a grocery store and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington, with local shops and eateries. The basement has a game room with a piano, air hockey table, dart board, and TV.
The house is 5 minutes to the Narrow Garage trail for biking and snowmobiling, 5 minutes to Titcomb Mountain, which is a small family friendly ski mountain with mountain biking, Nordic and downhill skiing. It's a 1 hour ride to bigger mountains for skiing and hiking. Only a 25 minute drive to Mt. Blue State Park for ice skating, Nordic skiing and snowmobiling, offers beautiful views of the Tumble Down range, and surrounding mountains . Wilson Lake and Clearwater are roughly 15 minutes with Web lake about 25 minutes away. These lakes are perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing, and swimming. Farmington and Wilton are friendly towns with lots to offer.
