It’s time for some sunshine at this bright beach cottage, just a five-minute walk from the sandy shore. Step out your front door to your sunny deck with a cup of coffee in the morning and take a seat in one of your rocking chairs. No rush – you’re on vacation. Keep breakfast prep simple when everyone wakes up, and eat together at the dining table for eight. Or, dine alfresco downstairs at your picnic tables on the patio. If you're looking to cook up something hearty, no problem – the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, counter space, and all the gadgets you need. Once everyone's fed and ready, head off to the beach. With such a convenient location, it's easy to run back and forth to the house for lunch or if a little one needs a mid-day nap. After a full day of fun, come home, wash off the sand in your outdoor shower, and get cozy. Flip on the flatscreen or grab one of the many games available to spend a little more together time. Beautiful home, well stocked

We visited for Thanksgiving and were very please to find the kitchen so well stocked. We did not have to worry about bringing any items from home, they even had dishes for our small child. Home was beautiful and just right for our stay, short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Holden Beach haven

First we love Holden Beach and this house has a great location on the island. There were so many nice touches for guests. The house is very comfortable, nice space.

Delightful!

We so enjoyed this home on Sunshine Lane! We had such a large group that we had also rented a house on beach front and this one. This house was stellar! Our son’s family stayed here and were so pleased and comfortable. One evening he and his lovely wife prepared a beautiful fresh seafood meal using the outside grill and picnic tables for staging! What a delight to have all the perfect cooking equipment, and serving dishes to display his fancy gourmet meal! The games were awesome for everyone to enjoy. The beach is just a couple minutes walk, the beds were perfect, it was so clean! We would definitely want to rent this home again when at Holden Beach!

Lovely house with the best vacation vibes. Less than a five-minute walk to the sand. All five of us had a fabulous time and would rent this house again!

Great place to stay!

Comfortable clean accommodations. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything one could possibly need to eat in. Beach was a short walk with beach access at the end of sunshine to the left. Quiet nieghborhood. Very relaxing. Enjoyed my stay. Hope to come back soon.

Older but adorable cottage

The CUTEST cottage at Holden Beach. Very close to beach access. Had all the necessities for a comfortable long weekend with friends. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Beachside Retreat

Great stay at Holden!

This was our first vacation back at Holden in 5 years so we were really looking forward to it & Holden Onto Sunshine didn’t disappoint. Open floor plan, clean house EVERYTHING we needed included inside—short walk to beach outside—who could ask for more? We can’t wait for next year!

Basking in sunshine!
