PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The cozy holiday home with 5 apartments for 2-4 people is only 40 m from the sea, quiet and idyllic on the outskirts of the popular holiday resort "Orebic" on the sunny, subtropically fragrant Dalmatian peninsula of Peljesac.

In addition to the beautiful house, the property also includes a well-kept garden area with an outdoor grill, plenty of seating and a private parking space. A short walk leads to the beach and it takes less than a minute to get to the wonderful azure sea and the beautiful pebble beach. There are also some sandy beaches nearby, such as Trstenica, if that's what you prefer.

The two same apartments on the 1st floor (A1, A2) are each suitable for 2 people. Apartment A3, also for a maximum of 2 people, can also be rented in combination with the small A4, which is only suitable for 2 people, since these two apartments share a common anteroom. The large apartment A7 for a maximum of 4 people is on the 2nd floor.

All apartments have a south-facing terrace with sea views. The rooms on the 1st floor each have their own balcony without a sea view, while the rooms on the 2nd floor do not have a balcony, but instead have the already mentioned terrace with a great sea view. The Studio A4 on the 1st floor only has a small balcony without MB. All apartments are air-conditioned, have satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection. The guest rooms are not air-conditioned but have fans.

A free washing facility for laundry once a week is also available. Breakfast can be booked at an additional cost. Small to medium-sized pets can be brought by prior arrangement. The apartments and rooms of the house are rented all year round. Arrival and departure can take place on any day, provided there are no booking gaps.

The friendly landlords will welcome you upon arrival and will be happy to answer any other questions you may have. In addition to Croatian, they speak perfect German, having lived in the Rhineland for some time. You are also welcome to try specialties from our own production, such as wine, schnapps, herbal liqueur, honey and olive oil.

In the neighboring towns of Kuciste and Viganj, surfers have excellent conditions due to the narrow sea channel between Peljesac and the island of Korcula, which ensures excellent wind conditions and a light breeze that is always blowing.

A paved footpath on the beach leads directly to the town center which is reached after 600 m. You can also take long walks in the other direction. From Orebic there is a ferry every half hour to the nearby medieval town of Korcula, which is definitely worth a visit due to its intact medieval structure and the famous world traveler Marco Polo and its typical Mediterranean flair.

The beauties of the Peljesac peninsula include the many idyllic beaches and bays as well as the mountainous and lush green interior with fertile soil. The largest wine-growing region in Dalmatia with excellent wines such as PLAVAC and DINGAC come from here.
