The two apartments on the 1st floor have a partial sea view, while the ground floor apartment has a nice garden connection. All 3 holiday apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, and terraces or balconies, some with sea views. 2 of the 3 apartments also have their own washing machine. Small pets may be brought along after consultation.

The friendly landlords live very close by and are available as contact persons if needed. The landlords also have a small boat rental with various boats to choose from, see pictures with price list (2021). A boat mooring is included with multi-day rental.

In the outdoor area, there is a beautiful garden with a parking lot, grill, and seating options. The nearest beach is only 250 m away. The well-known Plava Plaza Beach is a bit more than 300 m away, and the city center is 900 m away.
