Classy private guest suite adjacent to home. Quiet neighborhood with close access to I-80/ski slopes. 5 min to Sugarhouse/10 min to downtown/20-30 min to great skiing/hiking.

Upstairs private entrance, 3/4 bathroom, kitchenette (excluding over/dishwasher), high end bedding, private driveway spot. The apartment is located above the garage of the main house in our super safe, charming neighborhood.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay during our snowboarders’ retreat. The studio was immaculate and had everything we needed. Check-in and checkout were incredibly straightforward, making the process seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mountain, the park-and-ride area, and Chinatown. While we didn’t use the kitchenette much, it was impressively well-equipped. The coffee station was a much-needed and greatly appreciated touch that made our stay even better.

Perfect for us

The location was perfect for our needs, and our hosts provided us with a quiet, private space which contained all the amenities we needed. The space was well appointed, in a great neighborhood and provided wonderful views of the mountains. The next time we have occasion to be in Salt Lake City we very much hope will be able to stay here again.

Lovely and Low Key

My husband and I loved staying here! I am a bit of a clean freak, and this is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed at. It was a cozy little casita with all the amenities we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, which was great and we were able to park in the driveway rather than on the street, which made us feel better. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Salt Lake!

Utah Visit

We needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter. The location to what we wanted to see in the SLC area was perfect and the accommodations were just right! Comfy bed and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring!

Cozy gem!

I stayed here for a long weekend to visit my daughter. This little studio was just perfect. The neighborhood was wonderful, the apartment clean, communication was easy. And a bonus was a visit with the sweetest little pups who live at the home!!

Lovely second floor apartment over garage.

The apartment was very nice, plenty of space, very clean. Comfortable bed. My favorite part was the small terrace overlooking the beautiful big backyard. Was nice to sit out there in the evenings.

Hiking/concert getaway

Cozy, classy and convenient is spot on for this condo. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Owners were great to work with. 15 min drive or less to pretty much all we did. The condo was exactly what we needed and more!

Lovely!!

Great safe area with easy access to the whole SL valley. Clean. Welcoming. Modern. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Lovely scent. We stayed during a very hot time (upper 90s) and the place stayed cool, even though it was upstairs. Just a FYI, if you have trouble climbing stairs, it may not be the best place for you. Very pleasant owner and sweet dog. We would love to stay again!

Perfect place for us!

This worked out great for us. We were gone during the days and only needed a nice, quiet place to sleep. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. We weren't cooking, so didn't need a stove. The toaster oven worked great for warming up our leftovers. It was well stocked with everything we needed plus much more. It was nicely decorated and overlooked their beautiful backyard. It was hot in Salt Lake when we were there, but the air conditioner and fan kept things cool and comfortable. They had it nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!! Communication on how to get in and all we needed to know was great. We will stay here again if we return to Salt Lake.

Very clean. Easy to find. Well appointed mini kitchen. The stairs were a surprise and a little steep but were OK for me to climb with bags. Might be too strenuous

Cute and clean apartment close to everything!

This apartment was super clean and cool and exactly as described. My momma stayed there and it was the perfect size for an older woman. The property is minutes from the highway and seconds from a main road, but is quiet. My mom enjoyed her stay immensely and we will certainly be back to stay when she visits SLC again!!

Lovely SLC weekend trip

This unit is above the garage which looks like a converted VRBO as well. They are attached to the hosts main house. The unit has a private entrance. It was perfect for 2 adults. We stayed the weekend and thought the space was great for that. We did not cook, however the kitchenette had some supplies if you do. The neighborhood feels very safe and the location to the airport, downtown, and mountains was perfect. Would recommend if you are traveling to SLC.

We are avid travelers. We enjoy staying at nice, clean, and comfortable places. We have a young daughter and a small extremely friendly dog (Honey) on site. We've designed our unit to be a place we would want to stay in. Our motto is if we wouldn't stay there, we wouldn't want anyone else to either.

Why they chose this property

This property is attached to our home above our garage. We had the extra space and thought why not? We've been fortunate enough to have a great house and space and we've really enjoying having short term rentals. While we give everyone their space, we have met some really great people.

What makes this property unique

Our place is designed for you to rest easy and have a great place that is close to downtown and the slopes, but is in a quiet wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately, downtown and other areas have some challenging elements (i.e. noise and homelessness), but here you don't have to worry about any of that at night and you can feel secure with all your car and belongings.
