Brandee was so responsive when we had a question at check-in. The property was spacious and felt very private. It was so nice to do laundry halfway through our stay so we didn't have to overpack. We also loved how shot of a drive to various hiking areas the property was!

Very close to Redwoods! A must see is the road to Stout Grove! I would definitely stay again. Great host and great communication!
Close to everything and easy drive to the Redwoods.
This was a great place to stay. Many restaurants were walkable and it was a short walk to the beach. It was also short drive to the Redwoods. It was exactly the type of place we were wanting and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and clean! Host was quick with responses, also tried out the Thai place that was recommended for dinner and really enjoyed it! Very close to the beach and Redwoods!
We were only there for a brief overnight but the unit was so comfortable I wished we were staying longer! We got dinner to go from the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed it along with an evening breeze at the dining table. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was very clean and I appreciated that we didn't have to do anything but leave in the morning. No need to strip bed, take out garbage etc. I would definitely reccomend this property and would stay again if we find ourselves back in Crescent City. Thanks!
Nice place if it weren't for the sketchy neighborhood. Homeless people everywhere asking for money right across in their parking lot. We were given the wrong keypad number and the place was not cleaned when we first got in at check-in time. The owner rectified it pretty quickly, but only refunded $25 after stating per phone call that I would get half the original price back.
The property was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

Crescent City Apartment
Very nicely appointed and decorated. Very new furnishings and liked the style. Location above businesses in downtown area, parking was across the street in a lot. There was an issue with a smell in the upstairs lobby area. Host was very helpful when heat in kitchen/living room area wasn't working. Really liked how the place was decorated, the nice snacks left and the host was extremely receptive.
Great location to see the coast and the Redwoods. The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. It had all the kitchen tools and items you could want and the bed was super comfy. Be aware of a small flight of steps up and down if your mobility is limited. If you want to see the redwoods check out the little office almost next door. They provided so much helpful information and maps and suggestions ! Fern Canyon for a day trip south was fantastic too. So much to see!
Very impressed with this rental overall. Clean, cozy, modern and quiet yet centrally located. Affordability made it an excellent value. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.
My husband and I felt perfectly at home in this exceptionally clean and well stocked condo! The 2 of us didn’t feel cramped whatsoever. Brandee kept us up to date with any updates needed and was super fast to respond if we had any questions. It was the perfect stop on our west coast tour. We highly recommend!
There is also a fantastic Thai spot that is walking distance from the condo.
This place was very cute … on the inside. We thought we were at the wrong place as outside it looks a little sketchy. It’s across the street from a large gravel parking lot and when in front of the building, you cannot see the described door for entry (it’s on the side). Once we realized we were at the right place, entry was a breeze (other than I have back issues and it required 2 flights of stairs up & 1 flight to exit).
The place itself was very clean, well cared for and just as pictured.
A few things to note that I think others might find of value are that 1) we made a reservation for 2 adults and this place had exactly 1 coffee cup. My spouse drank out of a plastic cup the first day and we bought a souvenir mug so he’s have a coffee cup for the 2nd morning. Additionally, removing the Keurig Mini for a regular cheap $15-$20 regular coffee pot would be a vast improvement for those people who like to have more than a single 10 oz. cup of coffee to start their day. We had to go buy pods for the machine, which we don’t own at home and could not find single pods, so now we have the expense … and leftover pods we’ll never use. Had it been a regular coffee pot, we could have bought the coffee we use at home and used the rest there after our visit.
Last but not least, if you are over 5’ 6”, prepared to duck in the shower - the shower head is very low. You can still shower of course, unless you are me and are recovering from a back injury and cannot stoop down. This left me unable to shower both days I was there and for a longer visit, this would have been an issue.
Overall a very nice place, with a few “quirks”.
Great location to visit the Redwoods and the coast. The tsunami history in the town is fascinating. Watch out for sneaker waves! Great spot and can walk to the beach and the light house and nice brewery/restaurant.
I will definitely book again if I’m ever in the area. It’s super clean, 1 block away from the beach/park area and a short walk to grab dinner.
Housekeeping/property owner - Upon arrival, the screen in the bedroom needs attention. The screen is half out with a large rip in the corner, which allows bugs to get in.
This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to spend during our drive down the PCH. The apartment was completely updated, clean, spacious and the perfect spot along Highway 101.
The only suggestion I would make would be to bring one extra coffee mug, if there are 2 coffee drinkers (only one is provided). The provided coffee, creamer, popcorn and trail mix was perfect. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus.
All the suggested tourist spots were very helpful and we enjoyed our evening around Crescent City. Thank you for offering such a cute spot to stay!
