**GROUND FLOOR Effeciency **Located in the Sea Sands Condos just off of 11th St. **King Bed, Boardwalk, Swimming Pool, great parking lot, No pets.

This is a suprising spacious ground floor effeciency at Sea Sands. The condo is very cozy and comfortable. The sectional couch is great for lounging around. The covered patio looks out to the swimming pool. There is a large parking lot and boats and trailers are OK. Just a 6-8 minute walk to the beach across the boardwalk, or a quick drive down Sandcastle Drive. There is also a coin operated laundry room in case you need to wash the sand away before you head home. This property sleeps up to 4 guests with a King bed and a sleeper sofa. Come join us and make some memories!

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
NO large groups or loud parties allowed.
