Making hard things easier
We stayed at this home for 3 days to help the process of moving our daughter into CMU. Location was wonderful 1 mile away from campus. I love this area of grand junction, beautiful back yard garden so relaxing. Patrice the owner was so kind and full of information. I can’t wait to stay here again

Quiet abode
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The back patio area looked very inviting but we just weren’t able to make use of it. The cooling system was a little too cold at times and we had trouble getting tv stations but all in all we enjoyed our stay .

Downtown Grand Junction
We had a really nice stay. Patrice is very nice and helpful. The house was cute and modern with tons of cool artwork. The patio was lovely with the sounds of the fountain and lit up at night with cool solar lighting. It was a short walk to downtown to see the sculptures and the shops. We were able to go fishing not too far away. Lots to do in the area. I would recommend this for a single couple but plenty of room for two couples. I hope others will enjoy their stay too. I would recommend bringing your games if you like to do that.

I am currently Executive Chef and Owner of Le Rouge Restaurant and Martini Bar on Historical Downtown Main Street. I started my career as a gourmet chef more than four decades years ago in Paris, where I cooked with some of the most famous chefs France had to offer. From Paris, I moved to Austin, Texas. There, I worked at the Stephen F. Austin Hotel. I then was employed as the banquet chef at the famous Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado. I continued my success as the Chef & Owner of the Basalt Bistro in Basalt, Colorado. My regulars included Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta Jones, Goldie Hawn, and Neil Diamond. I have also had the honor to cook for the rich and famous at Villa Del Mars, Cabo San Lucas. Since coming to Grand Junction, I am looking to form meaningful connections with intellectual persons.

Why they chose this property

This 1920 Craftsman house was updated inside and out. It is located just blocks just 3 blocks away from the center of Grand Junctions restaurant and nightlife area making it easy to walk to and from if you chose. We are also minutes away from the Los Colonias Amphitheater.
Back yard has a brand new hot tub and a resort like setting with sun shades, BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful outside area. Very quiet and close from the downtown life. Charming decor and architecture with new finishes.
