The Dutton Uniquely inspired by Taylor Sheridans Hit Television series, Yellowstone. Enjoy your Stay at the Dutton and play close to town and all the arenas. 2 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen. Washer dryer, wifi, horse stalls avail aprox 10 minutes away at our off site location off SR 89 please inquire. Stalls are $75 per week, per horse. The Beth is located in downtown Wickenburg 3 minutes from downtown arena, 10 minutes from Rancho Rio, 7 minutes from Simpsons arena. 5 minutes from nightlife!

Month stay in December

Overall a good stay in this two bedroom unit. Myself and a friend were intown for an extended stay for work. The unit was comfortable and had 95% of the things we needed. Neighborhood was safe and quiet while being conveniently located to close to the down town area. Some issues with heating which the property owners worked to remedy as fast as they could.

Caution

The pictures of the property were beautiful. But the neighborhood, and the overall condition of the property was totally different than the photographs. Roof had leaked in two places. It had rain during our stay so plaster and water was leaking through the ceiling and the crack in another area had growing larger. The unit is very dark and cold. The washer and dryer attached to the unit Hass to be shared with all the cleaning personnel for the units and all the other unit renters I would not recommend this rent.
