Erholsame Wochen in Fano

In den Hügeln oberhalb von Fano liegt dieses tolle Haus. Die Fotos und die Beschreibungen geben einen guten Überblick, aber in Realität ist es noch viel besser. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder der Hit. Vor allem unsere 4jährige fand toll, dass sie im Pool stehen konnte, da eine Hälfte nicht so tief war. Die Vermieter waren jeden Tag vor Ort und waren auch sonst jederzeit erreichbar. Dank der hervorragenden Deutschkenntnisse konnten wir viele Geheimtipps ausprobieren. Auch das gemeinsame Essen "fanostyle" und die Gespräche haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt abseits auf einem Hügel (unbedingt genaue Adresse anfragen). Das sorgt zusammen mit dem alten Baumbestand an heißen Tagen für eine kühlere Umgebung. Man ist aber auch in wenigen Minuten im Ort oder auf der Autobahn. Fano bietet eine schöne Altstadt. Im Sommer finden jedes Wochenende Veranstaltungen statt (z.B. Mittelaltermarkt). Die Promenade bietet Kies und Sandstrand (kostenpflichtig oder frei). Das Wasser und auch die Stadt sind für italienische Verhältnisse sehr sauber. Die vielen Fahrradfahrer sind überraschend. Man kann das Haus auch gut als Ausgangspunkt nehmen für Ausflüge nach Rimini, San Marino oder auch nach Rom. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Stort feriehus med dejlig have og skøn udsigt

Udlejere er meget hjælpsomme og kommer hver dag. Huset er stort og der er skøn udsigt. Dejlig pool og flot område.

Der "Marken"-Geheimtipp

Die italienische Region Marken gilt ja immer noch als Geheimtipp - wir können sie sehr empfehlen. Kein Verkehrschaos wie zum Beispiel in Rimini, schöne Strände, schönes Hinterland, hübsche Geschäfte und Restaurants in Fano. Auch das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders die geräumige "Gutshausküche". Insgesamt viel Platz drinnen und draußen, schöner Freisitz, nobler Pool. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht, sprechen fließend Deutsch, sehen täglich nach dem Rechten. Es ist wahr, dass man ein leises Hintergrundrauschen von der Autobahn aus der Ferne hört, was uns persönlich aber nicht weiter störte. Danke für die schönen Ferien!

Séjour très agréable

Attention, l’annonce ne précise pas que la maison est mitoyenne et que le jardin et la piscine sont à partager. C’est tout de même important à savoir. Une fois que l’on sait cela tout est parfait : la maison est spacieuse et très agréable, la piscine magnifique au milieu de la nature et nettoyée tous les matins par Vittorio et Caterina, les propriétaires, le jardin est vaste avec de beaux arbres etc. On entend un peu l’autoroute qui passe en contrebas mais ce n’est pas gênant du tout. Donc c’est une superbe location mais il faut bien savoir que la maison divisée en 2 et que piscine et jardin sont à partager.

Lots of space with own pool and a great panorama

We were alone (neighbor house was free) on top of a hill with super view on the sea and sunflower fields. Nice swimming pool made the ideal picture. Friendly owners came every day to clean the pool and were available for questions. Beach 10 minutes by car. So much space and freedom you will not often see. The house had more space than you will ever need. Seven beds and two bathrooms. Big kitchen and living room. Very safe feeling due to closed fence. If you want me to mention one negative thing it would be a bit of noise from the highway. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Una settimana di relax

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all insegna del relax, pur avendo 2 bambini piccoli ed avendo come coinquilini ( all intreno della villa) un' altra famiglia con bambini. Location ben tenuta, sulle colline di Fano, strategica per girare la marche, adatta per chi cerca tranquillità, relax e un bella brezza che viene dal mare. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. La piscina, insieme al giardino, è uno dei punti forti della casa. Spazi ampi sia all'interno della casa ,che all' esterno. Il proprietario e sua figlia ti fanno sentire a "casa", persone gentili, disponibili e affabili, pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda ed esigenza.

Urlaub

Wir waren mit dem Objekt sehr zufrieden Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer Hilfsbereit Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm da bei sehr gut Deutsch sprechen. Auch über das Essen das für uns gekocht wurde haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Ich kann das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen vor allem der große Pool ist ein Highlight.

Geräumiges Haus mit grossem Pool, ruhig gelegen und nah zum Meer

Wir haben ein sauberes und gemütliches Haus vorgefunden. Durch die Gastfreundschaft von Vittorio und Caterina fühlten wir uns hier vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl. Wenn man eine Abkühlung brauchte oder gemütlich einige Bahnen schwimmen wollte war der Pool genau richtig. Ansonsten waren wir am Strand an welchem man sich aussuchen konnte, ob man eher Kieselsteine oder Sand bevorzugt. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu besichtigen (Pesaro, die Burg Gradara, San Marino etc.) wo man auch das italienische Flair hautnah miterlebt. Es war ein toller Urlaub! 😎 Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden gerne nochmal kommen. Danke Caterina und Vittorio für eure Hilfsbereitschaft und die netten Gespräche! (Besonders bedanken wir uns für den toll gegrillten Fisch und die Muscheln) 😋 Macht weiter so!

Ci voleva!

Sistemazione comoda, sembrava di essere "a casa ", ottima posizione sulla prima collina per godere della ventilazione e di una bella "vista mare ". bel giardino ombroso e verdeggiante e comodissima piscina. Necessaria l'auto per recarsi in meno di dieci minuti a Fano o sul litorale sabbioso di Torrette. Bella settimana rigenerante nel verde della natura a due passi dal mare. Proprietari (Vittorio e Caterina) disponibilissimi.

Ruhiges Haus inmitten der Natur und trotzdem nah zum Meer: wie geschaffen für uns!

Wir waren gespannt, was wir vorfinden würden. Die Fotos auf der Homepage haben nicht getäuscht. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht dort, wo Google die Adresse verortet, aber das ist eher ein Plus. Wer die Ruhe sucht und Land erleben will, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Einkaufen um die Ecke geht nicht, das kann man aber im Tagesablauf entsprechend planen. Wir waren jeden Tag am Meer - in Torrette - bei Bagni Torrette mit traumhaften und komfortablen Sandstrand (ca. 5 km mit Kfz), Einkaufen dann nebenbei. Gefreut haben wir uns über den großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, das hat unsere Planungen sehr erleichtert. Ausnehmend freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die bei Bedarf täglich zur Verfügung standen und immer für eine nette Unterhaltung sorgten. Ebenso haben sie ein gemeinsames Abendessen veranstaltet. Der Pool wurde bevorzugt abends und morgens genutzt, es war sehr schön. Als Ausflüge unternahmen wir Fahrten nach San Marino und nach Assisi, alles mitsamt sehenswert. Auch das kleine Städtchen Fano hat seinen Reiz. Insgesamt verflog die Zeit, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielleicht kommen wieder. Das geht auch zu anderen Jahreszeiten als nur im Sommer.
