All the modern comforts of home include stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen, including a massive dining room table. Enjoy breakfast on one of the three back decks overlooking a stunning 100+mile view of the mountains or use the charcoal grill to make dinner while watching for wildlife. In the evening, unwind with your favorite beverage in the hot tub on the balcony while gazing at the spectacular mountainous views or challenge each other to a game of billiards, Rush 2049 Driving Simulator, Safari Hunter HD, MsPacMan, air hockey, pool, or foosball. Not to mention the many board and card games provided in the Game room with a mini refrigerator.
This spacious cabin can comfortably sleep up to twelve guests. Featuring a king-sized bed on each level lower, main, upper and loft (4 king beds). There is also a queen sofa sleeper and Futon located in the living room areas. A beautiful wedding chapel also sits in the community for inviting quaint, romantic wedding gatherings.
Some other nearby family-friendly activities include horseback riding, ziplines, hiking, golf, picnic areas, and wildlife viewing. Before you leave, throw a load of laundry in the stacked washer/dryer and take your clothes home clean. Available in the Game room.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin!

The cabin is located on the top of a mountain. The view is absolutely spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets were my favorite. The cabin is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has 3 levels so be aware that there are stairs if that is an issue. It isn't too far to get to a store if needed. We went to Cade park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg during our stay. Joy is awesome, and she is always available if there are any issues. She is also friendly and very helpful for anything you might need. I greatly appreciated the open line of communication. We had a great time there. I would recommend it for sure.

Spectacular View

Wow! This cabin was perfect for us. The view was amazing and worth the drive from Eastern NC. It was very clean and the hosts were very easy to get ahold of and were very helpful. They even gave wonderful recommendation of things to do. It is a place we most likely will visit again sometime. Thank you.

Very nice location

The cabin had incredible views and was convenient to hiking trails. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of games for the family. My only suggestion is to provide dish towels, and replace the pots and pans. There were a lot of them, but they were pretty beaten up.

Family Reunion Trip

Perfect for our family reunion holiday trip! Each floor has bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and living area. Plenty of comfy couches and amazing views! The property was very clean and the beds were large and comfortable with extra pillows. The cabin felt like a secluded retreat but was close enough for groceries and Gatlinburg activities. The host kindly decorated for Christmas which was so thoughtful. Each floor has a TV which is nice when the kids all want to watch different things or need a break. I would absolutely stay here again! There wasn’t a property with a better view than this. The resort gym is a quick walk and had dumbbells, a few machines, and cardio equipment. It saved us from having to pay a drop in fee to work out.

Wonderful view!!

We have visited many times in smoky mountains and this cabin by far has the best view! The cabin was very clean and found no issues. We would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Family trip for National Quartet Convention

This cabin is wonderful! The view is breath taking! The cabin is exactly as listed! It is absolutely the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. The owner Joy is so easy to work with. She is quick to respond and sent a very detailed email prior to our arrival with house rules and information. The washing machine stopped working while we were there and she made the trip out with the repair man, and it was fixed within no time. We really appreciated that! We spent extra time at the cabin playing pool and the arcade games. It’s less than a 30 minute drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It is also a short drive out to Cades Cove. The location was perfect to be away from the traffic. It is really a peaceful location. I want to say a huge “Thank You” to the owner for making our vacation perfect!

Most amazing views

We had a wonderful five days here. The preserve resort is one of our absolute favorite places to stay. We have stayed in this resort many times before. We were happy to find a cabin that was pet friendly, had the best views and everything was just as it was mentioned and pictured in photos on VRBO. Joy was great to work with and was always quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying there again.

Gorgeous Mountain Cabin

This cabin’s setting is fabulous! The views of the mountains are incredible. We loved the hot tub on the deck to relax at the end of the day. We spent each evening playing games in the game room. It was so nice to have this space to gather. Each of our kids had their own bedroom space which was also helpful with young adults/teens. The road to the cabin is steep but we got used to it after a couple of days and the views are worth it!

Mountain View Vacation

Eagle watch cabin was an amazing place for our family vacation! It is located in the mountains and has the most spectacular views you can imagine. And while it is in the mountains, you have quick access to local shopping and really good local places to eat. The drive to pigeon Forge or to Gatlinburg or an easy drive loaded with spectacular scenery! While on our stay, we were able to view the mama black bear and her cubs multiple times, and that was a thrill for us all. The cabin itself was laid out perfectly. There is a bedroom on every level, and there are four, all with king size beds, and three full bathrooms, along with multiple arcade, games, pool table, foosball, and air hockey. My kids never had a dull moment and we were able to sit in the hot tub on the third level and enjoy all the amazing views! Joy does a great job communicating and I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.

Overall, the rental itself was nice. It has beautiful views and was clean. There were bears on the property so you had to mindful for safety. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the host, Joy. She falsely accused us of removing and damaging a vent and game - neither of which did we even touch. We have stayed at many rentals and have never had an experience like this - would not recommend!

Lovely view! Great games for the whole family!

The place was lovely. The three decks were amazing all with beautiful views. We never did see a sunset like the picture in the listing shows but it was beautiful none-the-less. The neighborhood is in a community way up the mountain. It was not ideal for a trip with our two dogs because there is very little area to actually walk them easily. It is a steep terrain even if it is paved! My husband and I both found ourselves a bit dizzy while talking the dogs for walks...probably a combination of the altitude and steep hills. Our family LOVED playing pool, air-hockey, foosball and Pac-Man. We brought corn hole to play and found we could not ever play it because there was not enough flat ground to put out the game on. Joy Lee was easy to talk to and very willing and available to help with any request. We saw a bear twice and she gave us valuable advice on how to handle an encounter! There was a snafu with registration through VRBO. I registered 6 adults and two dogs but when we got to the rental Joy Lee said she didn’t have us registered with pets. I had actually called her prior to our arrival to ask if there was a yard or place to walk them and she explained no yard but an area to walk. It was worked out but I must say I was not happy with the VRBO site and the lack of registration data being carried through to check out process. We only left the home twice all week, once to get groceries and once to go to the aquarium! We had a very relaxing and fun family vacation.

Sunrise exactly as pictured!

The view is amazingly beautiful. Of course to get that kind of view, you have to do some traveling UP the mountain roads. If possible, do the first drive up in daylight hours. The kitchen is a bit tight for accommodating multiple people but you were able to really spread out on the upper and lower levels. We tried out most of the arcade games in the house but quickly found the racing game to be our favorite! The hot tub was enjoyable even on the warmer nights. The house was clean upon our arrival. We found the upstairs master bed mattress a bit to firm for our liking. Lastly, we loved seeing the bears from our balcony!!

Eagle Watch has an absolutely breathtaking view off the 3 decks.!

Our entire family (from littlest grandchildren to all our adult children and their wives) enjoyed their visit. Beautiful woodsy bedrooms, lots of arcade games, hot tub, large kitchen/ dining room for family dinners and playing fun board games made this venue perfect.. and, as I mentioned , the views from the decks were gorgeous. Our VRBO agent , Joy Lee, was fantastic. She answered all our questions, was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. She was terrific to work with!

Empty Nester Family Get Together

We booked this trip to get together with our grown children, their SO's and some other family. The property was perfect for what we needed. There were a few issues that arose and Joy was quick to address and resolve them as quickly as possible. We had 2 bears come visit and check out our cars and a raccoon that wanted to hang out on the deck. There was plenty to do around the area. We recommend zip lining at Fox Fire Mountain, Big Bear rafting and of course Cade's Cove.

Owner does all the cleaning of the linens and cabin herself with the assistance of her family because she couldn't find ANY cleaners in East TN that cleaned to her standards! Arcade games and billiards galore! Roads to this cabin are EXCEPTIONAL! Resort amenities are great as well! Resort has a chapel and an outdoor gathering space with fireplace, so if you're getting hitched this is the place you want! If you're needing something special, just ask Joy Lee the owner! She will go out of your way to make sure your vacation is a special! If you are needing a few more beds just let her know and she can accommodate with air mattresses! There is NO REASON your vacation shouldn't be the greatest of all times because this owner will do everything possible to ensure you are taken care of! Located in the beautiful Wears Valley, you are almost guaranteed to see all kinds of wildlife. Especially bears! Owner is available 24/7! 3 balconies, board games, cards, coloring books, crayons, washer and dryer, grill, and even pet food and water dish on site. What makes this property unique

Owner does everything from booking to cleaning toilets! She will go above and beyond to try to make your stay memorable! The view is unremarkable! Pictures do not do the actual views justice. Sitting on the balconies, you will see a different view every time you look out! The hot tub is HUGE and the views from it at night are not only beautiful but very romantic! There is an extra beverage refrigerator in the game room! Close to Cades Cove and the infamous and beautiful Newfound Gap Road! Instacart and Door Dash will deliver to this cabin!
