There are two single beds in the separate bedroom. The separate kitchen is fully furnished. The dining area offers space for a cozy feast. The glazed balcony invites you to enjoy the morning sun.

Ferienwohnung

Die wohnung hätte sauberer sein können ,vorallem das Bad. Es war sehr kalt dort, mit den elektroheizungen wird es nie richtig warm . Man hat sogar Nachts gefroren.

Allesin allem okay

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthslt in Kalifornien. Die Ferienwohnung war alles in allem ganz okay. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen,der Kontskt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls nett und freundlich. Von der Sauberkeit her hätte ich mir da etwas mehr gewünscht,wir hsben es aber auch nicht rück gemeldet,sodass daran auch nichts geändert wurde. Die Zeit war erholsam.

War für die Zeit ok

An der Sauberkeit hatte ich nichts auszusetzen, nur so manche Dinge bräuchten vielleicht mal eine Erneuerung und das es auf einen guten Stand gebracht wird. Vielleicht auch mal nach den küchenutensilien schauen das auch alles vorhanden ist, vorallem wenn es für 5 Personen vermietet wird das dann auch dem entsprechend die Anzahl an Geschirr vorhanden ist. Ansonsten ein seht schönes Objekt und eine perfekte Lage am Stand.. 2-3 min Fußweg..

Sehr schlechte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war nicht nur staubig, sondern sehr, sehr schmutzig. So eine schmutzige Whg habe ich noch nie gesehen. Sie hat den Eindruck gemacht, als ob sie vor Jahren mal richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Wozu wird für eine Endreinigung Geld verlangt? Der Gast soll ja die Wohnung Besenrein verlassen. Das ist wohl bis zum nächsten Gast die einzige Reinigung. Auch die Möbel haben ihre beste Zeit schon sehr lange hinter sich. Die gesamte Wohnung braucht eine Komplette Sanierung. Es ist eine Zumutung und Frechheit solch eine Wohnung überhaupt zu vermieten. Ich spare mir das aufzählen was kaputt oder verdreckt ist. Das ist alles nicht zu übersehen (auch die Sinnennetze)

Die Unterkunft ist T...

Die Unterkunft ist TOP. 2 Min. bis zum Strand. Im Laden nebendran gibts frische frische Brötchen zum Frühstück und alles was man braucht. Man ist also bestens mit allem versorgt. Und braucht nicht wirklich ein Auto. Außerdem gibts anders als beschrieben doch freies WIFI, nette Überraschung. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder. Alles super.

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert Schlafsessel nicht funktionstüchtig so das alle 3 Enkel auf einen Schlafsofa schlafen mußten Viel zu eng

Urlaub in Kalifornien

Reservierung klappte super, Objekt (Wohnung) selbst nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand, aber durchaus akzeptabel. Betten hintereinander, statt nebeneinander. Sonst alles da, Ausstattung voll in Ordnung, Fernseher etwas klein.

Krass! So etwas noch nie erlebt!

Eine Ferienwohnung, in der so viel kaputt und unsauber ist, habe ich noch nie erlebt! Nur ein Beispiel: weil weder Spülmaschine noch der Verschluß der Spüle funktionstüchtig waren, haben wir in der Salatschüssel abgespült. Weitere Aufzählungen spare ich mir hier. In der verwaltung habe ich mehr als eine Din-a-4- Seite mit einer Auflistung abgegeben. Positiv war das Entgebenkommen der Verwaltung, indem uns die Kosten der Endrteinigung erstattet wurden.
