The lovingly furnished apartment with two bedrooms, a baby bedroom with a cot, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle) and a bathroom is located on the quiet south side in the basement of a two-family house.
Breakfast can be taken on a terrace with a view of the garden. A parking space is on the property. It is only about 150 meters to the fine sandy beach. Furthermore, Warnemünde is an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours along the coast (2 bicycles are available). The proximity to Rostock with all its activities and sights enables a varied and exciting holiday.

The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children (2 x 2 beds plus a baby bed) or one or two couples (please note that one bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom).

Wunderbar gelegen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung wieder sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Fahrrad zum Brötchen holen. Die Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist toll. Von hier aus lassen sich viele schöne Ausflüge unternehmen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Sebastian ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man als Familie braucht. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist und konnten die Wohnung gut zu Fuß und auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist sensationell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Silvesterurlaub
Wir hatten die Unterkunft für 5 Tage gebucht. Es ist eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand, zum Neptun und auch nicht ins Stadtzentrum. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Fernseher, WLAN, eine gemütliche Couch und Schaukelstuhl bis hin zu Spielen - alles da. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit kleinen Frostfach, scharfe Messer - alles was man in der Küche benötigt. Gut fand ich auch, dass die gängigen Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Essig, Öl vorhanden waren.Herr Stave ist ein sehr symphatischer Gastgeber, der um unser Wohl besorgt war. Wir wurden sogar mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen verwöhnt.Sollten wir in Warnemünde noch einmal eine Ferienwohnung benötigen, so ist das unsere erste Adresse.

Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Alles was nötig war, war vorhanden und sowohl die Vermieter, als auch deren Eltern waren super nett. Zum Strand waren es gerade mal 5 Minuten uu Fuss und fpr das morgendliche Brötchen holen stand ein Rad bereit - perdmfekt!

Der Aufenthalt bei Sebastian war einfach super. Bekamen immer wieder gute Anregungen und Infos für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Da Sebastian vor Ort Wohnt ist es sehr unkompliziert bei Fragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber, die Terrasse im Garten ist einfach sehr schöne und einladend. Werden sicherlich bei Gelegenheit gerne darauf zurückgreifen wen wir in der nähe sind. Kurzum, einfach klasse bei Sebastian. Danke viel mal noch.
