Cozy "Sloth" Cottage by Yakima College, 5 mins to Memorial Hospital.
This is an adorable property on the same street as Bus 5 direct to Yakima Memorial Hospital. Perfect for travelling medical staff! Called the "Sloth cottage" because it is a relaxing place to work from home, complete with an old-fashioned work desk, wifi, and a claw foot tub for post-work bubble baths.
This is an older house, not suitable for unattended children who may leave behind snacks, eat in bed, or draw on walls. There are steps to the property.
Linens, towels included but be sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels for longer stays.
W/D included. Park in driveway or on the street.
This historic home has been recently redone with Ecocarpet and new paint. Please treat it like your own and remove your shoes.
**Absolutely no smoking inside or on the property (including the driveway and yard), no drugs, no pets (even snakes), NO SHOES, no unauthorized guests, no parties**

Why they chose this property
This is a remodeled historic home. I love the warm floors, the small but private backyard, and the new Ecocarpet in the bedrooms. Perfect for a working professional. Soak in the clawfoot tub after work!
What makes this property unique
A block for Tieton and Bus 5 to Memorial Hospital, or go the other way to downtown. Easy access to 16th Ave and the freeway to wine tasting, yoga studios, breweries and all that Yakima Valley has to offer.
