About this property

We have comfortably and comfortably furnished our 60 sqm apartment renovated in 2016. It has a living room with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, egg cooker and Toaster. A dining table with 4 seats and an additional TV is also available. You will also find a bathroom with shower / toilet, a hallway with cloakroom and a storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the apartment.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for 2 more people.
On arrival you will receive the access data for our free WiFi connection.
Our 100 sqm terrace, equipped with garden furniture, parasols and a gas grill, invites you to take a bath in the air and sun.
Parking in our own parking lot.
The price includes bed linen, hand, shower and kitchen towels, energy costs and final cleaning.

Ferienwohnung groß und sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Ruhige Lage weil Sackgasse. Im Ort selber ist nur eine Bäckerei. Man muss etwa 2,5 km fahren da sind genug Geschäfte . Wenn man zum Biggesee fährt hat man auch flache Wege. Was man sich unbedingt ansehen muss ist die Atta Höhle. Hatten Glück mit dem Wetter.

Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine saubere, helle, freundliche Ferienwohnung. Sie befindet sich auf gerader Ebene mit dem Eingang (eine Stufe) Alle Zimmer besitzen Rollläden zur Verdunkelung. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar macht einen Neuwertigen Eindruck. Im 1.OG befindet sich eine Dachterrasse zur freien Nutzung. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf der linken Seite vom Haus befindet sich in direkter Umgebung ein Wanderweg. Ideal auch zum Gassi gehen. uns hat es gefallen

Sauber war es.

Man bekommt eine saubere Unterkunft. Allerdings muss man es mögen, JEDE Nacht vom Hausinternen Alkoholiker geweckt zu werden,weil er jede Nacht versucht in die Wohnung zu kommen. Ebenso muss man es mögen,wenn man morgens die erste Zigarette rauchen möchte,von selbigem beleidigt und bedroht zu wrrden. Aber Sauber war es.

Mooie, schone vakantiewoning. Is voorzien van alle gemakken en voldoende voorzieningen op loopafstand. Je loopt vanuit de woning zo het bos in. Dat is heel fijn voor de hond en jezelf! 😃

Compleet ingerichte woning!

Prachtige woning, compleet ingericht, met alles d’r op en d’r aan, van wasdroger tot aluminiumfolie, van kurkentrekker tot schoenlepel. Werkelijk zeer compleet. Wij waren met z’n tweeën en dan is het zeer comfortabel vertoeven. Ik zou niet gauw met vier personen daar voor meerdere nachten willen verblijven. Er is maar één slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed. De bank in de woonkamer kan weliswaar. Tot een 2-persoonsbed worden omgebouwd. Voor nood oké, maar voor langere periode lijkt mij dat een gedoe en minder comfortabel liggen.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe vom Biggesee

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Olper Stadtteil Rohde in unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Biggesee, man kommt mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu sehr schönen Wanderwegen, oder man geht einfach von der Wohnung aus los. Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet worden und hat eine richtig tolle Küche die reichhaltig ausgestattet ist, für Selbstverpfleger sehr zu empfehlen, da nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß auch ein super Bäcker im Ort vorhanden ist und in Olpe alle Supermärkte vorhanden sind und man dort mit dem Auto schnell hin kommt. Rundherum ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hat auch im Vorfeld alle Fragen schnell beantwortet.

Ein erholsamer Kurzurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung in schöner Natur.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt. Die Wohnung ist mit Verstand eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und da das Wetter mitspielte war es rundum erholsam.

Sehr saubere, ordentlich und schöne Wohnung

Wir waren bestens aufgehoben, die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr gepflegt, absolut sauber und super ordentlich. Die Möbel sind nahezu alle neuwertig. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, und absolut hilfsbereit. Besser geht es kaum, ein Kleinigkeit soll aber ihr noch erwähnt sein. Sicherlich ist das Haus nicht an einer Durchgangsstraße wie im Inserat beschrieben, aber etwas unterhalb des Hauses verläuft eine relativ stark befahrene Straße. Das Schlafzimmerfenster zeigt zu diesen Straße hin, was schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht sehr angenehm macht. Aber dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert und hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ruhig und Entspannt die freie Zeit genießen

Ferien in Rhode

tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, vernünftige Betten und Schränke im SZ, Highlight sicherlich die Küche, in der es an nichts fehlte, super auch die Idee mit dem kleinen TV, kann man beim Kochen die Nachrichten gucken. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, zumal die Gegend um die Talsperre sehr schön zum wandern ist.

Gute Ausstattung, sauber und sehr freundlich

Ich habe die Wohnung alleine für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt in Olpe 5 Tage/Nächte genutzt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und alle Einrichtungen haben tadellos funktioniert. Die Vermieter waren im Vorfeld unf vor Ort sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Meine Anforderungen und Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Dafür vielen Dank und gerne wieder.
