This great, new holiday home is embedded in the mountains of the Lungau.
The cozy and comfortably furnished holiday home is located on a hill in the village of St. Margarethen in the Lungau.
The immediate proximity to the most beautiful hiking trails and about 500 m to the ski slope is ideal.
The beautiful house has a spacious living-dining room with cable TV, stove. The high quality kitchen offers everything you could want for a nice well-kept holiday. In the kitchen is also a small sitting area, which offers a quick breakfast.
On the ground floor you will find a guest bathroom and a shower room with SAUNA and vanity, and hair dryer.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each with TV and balcony. In addition, there is another bathroom on the upper floor with whirlpool, shower, toilet, vanity and hair dryer.
The grounds include the large terrace with garden, lounge furniture and an additional seating area, as well as a barbecue, sun loungers and a parasol. 2 parking spaces are available for our guests.

As 7th and 8th Person only children are accepted.



Charges:

- Heating: according to consumption (obligatory).
- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 80 EUR (compulsory).
- Bed linen: to rent once per person for 6 EUR (optional).
- Pet: once per animal cost of 15 EUR (compulsory).
- Electricity: per object and day according to consumption (obligatory).
- Internet: per object and day included in the price.
- Sauna: included in the price per object per day.
- Parking: per object and day included in the price.
- Fuel Fireplace: per object and day according to consumption (mandatory).
- Towels: to rent per object per day for 5 EUR (optional).
- Local tax / tourist tax: per person and day costs of 1.75 EUR (compulsory).
