The Vineyard House at Oak & Vine with 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 21 guests. The house sits at the highest point of the property, allowing for breathtaking vineyard views from all sides, and especially appreciated from the sweeping second story deck. Vineyard House welcomes guests with a charming courtyard patio and outdoor fireplace. Inside, guests will enjoy a Chef’s style kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, and a full service bar, a stone fireplace as the centerpiece of an open living room with vaulted ceilings and a digital grand piano. Each of the eight bedrooms are furnished with Puffy mattresses, luxury linens and modern fixtures. Additional amenities include a 25 foot outdoor fire element, laundry room, library and large multi-purpose room, equipped with A/V capabilities and ideal for meetings and group activities. ~~~~~ During the day, we invite you to enjoy the property and our many Oak trees. Or, we encourage you to take a walk to a few of our winery neighbors, such as, Turley, Donati, Aron Hill and Linne Calodo. For the second time, this location did not disappoint! There are nine of us, and it is hard finding a home that offers everyone their own room as well as bathroom space. This home does the trick! Extremely clean and quiet! We will definitely be back.

The perfect location for my husband's surprise 60th.

We were blessed enough to have chosen this home for my husband's 60th. We had a party of 16 and everyone thought the house was perfect. The vineyard location and vistas from all over the house... 10! The bedrooms and bathrooms... 10! The dining room & kitchen... 10! There are 3 additional gathering areas... 1 is a game/meeting room with the perfect bar serving area. The front room has a gorgeous 2 sided-fireplace and piano and is very inviting for singing along to your favorite songs. By the way, the home is wired for music throughout... also a 10! The other gathering area is downstairs and is a large comfortable big screen viewing area. Don't hesitate to book this location!

Phenomenal Paso Robles Retreat Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place provided every amenity along with a gorgeous interior in every room! Four days and three nights was not enough for any of us to enjoy the interior AND all the views the exterior had to offer. We loved sitting on the deck at night and listening to the coyotes and crickets! It is simply lovely! Every person in our 17 person group enjoyed this stay! The only thing I recommend adding to the kitchen is baking sheets (we brought cookie dough to bake fresh cookies) but we simply improvised! I/We HIGHLY recommend this rental!

We had an intimate wedding of 21 people at the Oak & Vine Vineyard House this weekend and it was above and beyond what we had imagined. The property was expertly crafted to host such an event and make a whole weekend getaway out of it, from the chef’s kitchen to the beautiful patio overlooking the vineyard where we held the ceremony. There are several gathering spaces indoor and outdoor to accommodate a group of this size, as well as gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel at home. The photos online simply do not do this place justice. Having chef Justin and mixologist Colin cook and bartend for us was the cherry on top. Our patio ceremony easily flowed into a cocktail hour at the outdoor bar space next to the patio, followed by dinner at the stunning 20 foot dining table inside the house. There was also plenty of space for chef Justin and his team to serve their catered dinner (I wrote a whole other review just on the food :)) Finally, we ended up in the multipurpose room dancing the night away. We would not change a single thing about our stay, and we hope to return many times in the future!

Lovely views of the vineyard and hills. Close to wine tasting for the adults. The younger generation enjoyed a trail ride on horse back. The kitchen was very spacious and we loved that the dining table sat all 17 of us. We had one dinner prepared for us by chef Justin that was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed staying on this property and hope to come back again.

The kitchen is very well equipped and we used it nonstop for our 4 day stay. We had a couple of minor issues with the home that needed handling and the management company was responsive. Nice but lacking somewhat

The property itself is really nice. But there were some issues within the home. The ice maker is not working. The Barbeque needs to have maintenance done on the burners. Portions of the burners were clogged which meant there were cold spots while cooking. It appears as though they placed a used Barbeque in this nice, newer home. And the electronic starter on the Barbeque does not work. Half of the house did not have hot water. Actually, when we first got to the house, the recirc water heaters were set at 107 degrees, which only provides for Luke warm water. We had to turn up the heat temp ourselves. The TV downstairs could not stay connected to the internet. This was discouraging because the TV is not connected to a TV service provider. We paid a premium price to stay at this house. The location, and the exterior are great. But the amenities are lacking somewhat. For the price we paid, EVERYTHING should be top notch. We probably will not stay there again.

Beautiful Property for Large Groups

We had six families with kids ranging from 3-9 and everyone was very comfortable. The property is new, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved having coffee on the deck watching the sunrise and drinks in front of the fireplace at night. The house is secluded with lots of wildlife and privacy. Plus walking distance to a couple wineries. The kids loved the media room and the front yoga room as well as the spacious backyard. We hope to return for future vacations.
