Our inviting apartment with air conditioning is located in the 1st. Floor in a semi-detached house with only 2 residential units (ground floor & unobservable upper floor). The house is very quiet in the immediate vicinity of orange groves.

The living room with sophisticated atmosphere has a dining table for 6 people satellite tv. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has space for another dining table for 4 people. All rooms are decorated with terracotta tiles and high-quality furniture lovingly in the southern flair.

The apartment has free Wifi (high speed) throughout the apartment and the 3 balconies (kitchen, living room and bedroom).

In front of the apartment is the large pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For shade by the pool two beautiful palm trees. At the outdoor grill you are welcome to grill your steak or fish.

The garden with flowers, herbs and natural stone invites you to linger.

Tolle Wohnung , toller Pool, sauber und ruhig
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Terrasse. Man kann unter dem Schatten von Palmen frühstücken und den tollen Blick genießen.Der Pool ist sehr schön. Man braucht schon ein Auto obwohl Falésia Beach und Restaurants in 20-25 min lauf Entfernung sind. Ideal für die Keute die es ruhig haben wollen.

Mooi vakantieverblijf
Zeer mooi en proper appartement met mooi terras onder de palmbomen. Uitzicht over het zwembad. Winkels te voet te bereiken. We hadden enkel 's nachts last van het lawaai van de naburige discotheek. Blijkbaar is dit wel vaker in juli en augustus. Dat was wel jammer..

Kleine Auszeit im Paradies
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche bei Filippa und Carlos. Die Anlage mit vier Einheiten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderbar bepflanzt. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, die große Terrasse, die durch zwei große Palmen angenehm beschattete wurde, ist ein Highlight. Filippa und Carlos sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Auch der „Hausstrand“ war sehr sauber und wenn man ein paar Schritte mehr in Kauf nimmt, war man fast allein. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sonne satt, abee nie zu heiß. Toller Balkon mit Palmwedeln. Schön ruhig im Gegensatz zu Albufeira. Jeden Tag den Pool genossen. Restaurants allerdings recht einfach; nicht vergleichbar mit Italien oder auch Spanien. Betreuung vor Ort absolut Spitze.

Het penthouse is van alle luxe voorzien. Schoon en gezellig ingericht. Prachtige locatie, net buiten de bebouwde kom en mooi uitzicht op de natuur. Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, groot balkon met schaduw van prachtige palmbomen met uitzicht op zwembad. Veilige parkeerplaats voor auto. Strand, supermarkten en restaurantjes zijn beloopbaar. Leuke wandelroutes in de omgeving. Kortom écht paradijselijk.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment
We could not have asked for more on our first holiday with our 11 months baby daughter. The apartment was beautiful, the grounds and pool very well maintained and everyone and everything well looked after by the wonderful Filipa (mother of the owner). Many beautiful beaches, restaurants and places of interest within a 45min drive. Setting of the property is amazing, hardly any buildings around and lots of nature nearby. Only a short 200m walk is a very nice old honey farm that serves great breakfast and tasty dinners. All in all we had a fantastic week and could have easily stayed longer, beautiful holiday home!

Erholung pur!
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Vivendas Paraiso genossen. Man konnte mal abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen. Vor allem der hauseigene Pool war sehr gepflegt und einer der vielen Grillstationen bietet sich perfekt dafür an einen frischen Fisch vom FIschmarkt vorzubereiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great hosting by Sra. Filipa. Great location, calm and with a great view. Pool is well exposed the whole day. Facility is well equipped and offers calm, serenity and agreeable landscape. The only improvement we would ask for is for the mattress of the queen bed to be a bit softer. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay, highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment
Firstly thank you to Filipa and Carlos for such a wonderful apartment and holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you would need - home from home. The pool was fantastic- again clean and always enough space/sun loungers etc. in fact many occasions we had the pool to ourselves. Filipa is a lovely lady who is always on hand should you need anything. All communication is extremely prompt and helpful. I would definitely go back - a real gem! Thank you

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir können uns den anderen Bewertern nur anschließen. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung, die mit allen Dingen ausgestattet ist, die man auch im Urlaub nicht vermissen möchte. Gerade die Klimaanlage war zum Anfang unseres Urlaubes sehr hilfreich. Die ruhige Lage ist noch hervorzuheben und natürlich die nette und freundliche Art der Vermieterin, die ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Grande maison divisée en 4 logements, dont 2 sont occupés à l'année (famille du propriétaire et couple de retraités portugais). L'appartement loué est au 1er étage. 3 balcons dont 2 ombragés sur campagne et piscine. Situation au calme, en campagne. Restaurants entre 2 et 15 minutes à pied, 4 minutes en voiture. Très propre, très accueillant, et très agréable.

Es war alles sehr gepflegt, auch die Poolanlage. Die Vermieterin hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Jederzeit kommen wir gern wieder!

Deux semaines très agréables! L'appartement est conforme aux photos, il est grand, confortable et très bien équipé. La piscine est parfaite, propre, des transats et parasols à disposition. Le tout dans un environnement calme tout en étant à proximité de tout... Je recommande +++ S'il devait y avoir un bémol c'est juste que la propriétaire parle uniquement allemand et portugais donc pas toujours simple pour se faire comprendre mais la langue des signes c'est pas mal!!!

Ideal für ruhe suchende Gäste
Erholung pur. Für uns war es das optimale Feriendomizil / Ferienobjekt. Kein Kindergeschrei, kein Rambazamba, einfach genial um die Ruhe zu geniessen und sich zu erholen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die gute Fee vom Hause „Filipa“ kümmert sich darum, dass die Wohnungen / Gartenanlage und der Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt sind. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich selber nochmals wieder….

Great winter getaway
When we arrived to Vivendas Paraiso we knew that the place was perfect for our winter getaway. This place is peaceful. The quiet surroundings are only disturbed by birds. Our hostess, Filipa, is a very pleasant and friendly person. We needed a couple of issues to be addressed and Filipa diligently solved them. The apartment is very bright and clean. It is well equipped and has all what is needed for a short or long stay. The house also has a pool and beautiful orange groves around the property. This apartment is located in Aldeia das Azoteias, a neighbourhood that locals describe as ‘fit neighbourhood’ where there are lots of places where to jog, ride bicycles or just take a long walk. The main street of Aldeia, which is at a walking distance, has restaurants, two supermarkets and a variety of services. There are endless beaches too. Thanks to Filipa, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back next winter. We highly recommend this holiday home.

Die Algarve von Ihrer besten Seite
Das war bereits unser 5er Aufenthalt und ganz sicher nicht der letzte. Die Mischung aus grüner Umgebung und trotzdem fußläufig zum Strand zu sein, macht diese Location so einzigartig. Bestechend ist auch, dass die Sauberkeit und Zustand der Anlage seit Jahren hervorragend ist, im Gegenteil vieles immer wieder erneuert wird. Die Gastgeberin betreut alle Gäste in einer sehr angenehmen dezenten Art und Weise, und versucht dabei immer wieder die Besonderheiten Portugals und der Algarve hervorzuheben. Dabei überlässt sie es sehr charmant den Gästen zu entscheiden, wie intensiv der Kontakt sein soll (wunderbar, diese Frau). Nicht nur durch sie sondern auch durch detailierte Unterlagen in den Wohnungen hat man ein reichhaltiges und variantenreiches Ausflugsprogramm zur Hand. Auch hier ist zu erwähnen, dass die Kommentare und Einträge sehr genau der Realität entsprechen und es daher sehr einfach ist, für sich das Richtige rauszusuchen. Man kann sich auf die Angaben zu 100% verlassen. Wir haben schon mehrfach Freunde von uns auf dieses Domizil aufmerksam gemacht und werden ohnehin auch selbst wieder dort Urlaub machen - Es gibt noch viel zu tun für uns:-).

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschöner Unterkunft
Schon bei der Ankunft und den ersten Eindrücken wussten wir dass wir uns für die richtige Wohnung entschieden haben. Der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt war in allen Belangen perfekt: Wetter, Wohnung und vor allem die nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Filipa. In der Unterkunft lag ein Ordner mit Tipps, die wirklich sehr gut und hilfreich waren. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet sondern auch sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Der große Pool wurde von uns auch in vollen Zügen genossen. Alles in allem war es für uns ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub
Mit den Erwartungen ist es ja immer so eine Sache. Diese wurde jedoch in diesem Sommerurlaub weit weit übertroffen. Das Feriendomizil ist sehr modern, außerordentlich sauber und es ist schlichtweg alles da, was das Herz begehrt, inkl. einem Pool indem man auch wirklich auch schwimmen kann. Die Ruhe ist herrlich und Entspannung garantiert. Die Ausflugsziele sind unendlich: Traumstrände, Restaurants von bürgerlich bis schick, Sportmöglichkeiten, Märkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles ist überaus zahlreich vorhanden. Wir empfehlen sehr gerne diese Anlage weiter und werden nächsten Sommer auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Susanne und Francisco Fiala
