Our four bedroom home has everything you need for your Raleigh trip. We are located 1.5 miles from Downtown Raleigh and 20 minutes from the airport. It is furnished with Smart TVs, Wifi, Washer/Dryer and a work or vanity desk. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and cookware. The primary bedroom has a full private bathroom and Smart TV. Settle in and enjoy coffee on the front porch or good conversation on the back patio.

Perfect fit for our needs

We were in town to perform at a music festival and this house was the perfect spot for us to relax and regroup both before and after our show. It serves as a great “home base” for any downtown or downtown adjacent activities. Amber is a great host; super accommodating and friendly and an excellent communicator. The house has everything one might need and was very clean. Highly recommended!

Great little house

This house is great for a stay but the location should be investigated. I thought it was a little easier to access downtown. There were not any places I could walk for restaurants or coffee in the morning. If that’s not important to you, not an issue, but it was for me. The house did have everything we needed for a 3 night stay and everything was clean. Plenty of linens and supplies in the kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms but the living area is pretty small. No big deal unless you just need more space for your family or friends.

Great 4 bedroom house near downtown

Our family gathered for Christmas near our NC relatives and those of us out of state enjoyed a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen was well set up and we even cooked Christmas dinner at the house.

Location location location !!

We were in town for a NC State graduation . I know for me the choices could be overwhelming . With no hesitation I would stay here again with my family . Super clean . Super comfortable and central location to all our needs .

Engagement Celebration for Family

The street is a little busy--the location is excellent! So close to our downtown engagement party venue. We loved that all the bedrooms are on the same level. We had grandparents as part of our group, so other than a few steps up the front door, easy for them to get around the house-even with one using a walker.

Perfect!

Stayed here during family weekend at NC State. The house had plenty of room for the 4 of us, super cute and cozy, updated, modern, beautiful decor, and spotless when it came to cleanliness. Appreciated the house being stocked with the essentials. Interaction with the owner couldn't have been easier. Will plan to rent again when we have a long visit to NCSU!

Beautiful House!

This house looks like it has been recently updated and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The photos are true to what the house looks like. We spent most of our time on the front porch enjoying the weather and watching the people go by. Would definitely recommend to our friends and will stay again when we are in the Raleigh area. Family wedding

Our family (2 grown kids, spouses and 5 month old granddaughter) went to Raleigh for my nephew’s wedding. The house we rented was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood had a greenway and a couple of parks nearby that made the stay very enjoyable. We would happily stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Back patio and back yard are peaceful

Very clean, as advertised home. We had 7 adults and we had enough space. The living room area could have used 2 more chairs, but we just brought the kitchen chairs over, and it worked. Very nice property. Easy communication. We stay at a lot of vrbo properties and this was definitely one of the cleanest we have been to. Overall, a great spot.

About the host

My Dad was in the Navy and the Raleigh area was one of many places our family lived as when I was young. My parents eventually wanted to call it their permanent home when I was in high school so we moved back to the Raleigh area. I attended NC State and years later, I met my now husband and now we have two growing kids.

Why they chose this property

We are in a growing area right near Downtown Raleigh where we have a very diverse and welcoming neighborhood. We love how close we are to downtown but still have a close-knit feeling group of neighbors who all know each other. Being so central to so many things such as the Red Hat Amphitheater, NC State, Wake Med, and much more is one of many reasons we love this home.
