In the south of Majorca, not far from the city of Campos and close to the famous beach Es Trenc, the Finca Can Filadelfo is located on a 15 000 sqm plot in a very quiet location. The distance to Campos is about 4 km and the beaches in the south of Mallorca can be reached quickly by car.


The newly built, rustic Mallorcan house has room for 8 people and a toddler. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are available. There is also a spacious living and dining area and a kitchen. The total living area is about 250 square meters, Internet access and AC in all rooms.


Outside, a spacious terrace adjoins the living room, which is partially covered. The furnished and covered area is ideal as an outdoor dining area.


A 10 m x 5 m large pool, which is also flanked by terraces, is located in a large garden. Off the beaten track there is a barbecue area with a brick barbecue.
