This Modern Oasis has a style all of it’s own. We welcome you and your family to sit back and enjoy your home away from home. Please feel free to be at comfort in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom luxurious home. We offer a heater pool with a beautiful outdoor space perfect for any age along with a barbecue and a kids park where they can let their imaginations run wild as you sit back and enjoy some much needed relaxation time. If you are looking for some outdoor fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Zoo, airport and downtown. We are also close to one of the highest rated beaches in Florida: Clearwater Beach. There are many things to do in Tampa and we hope we can accompany you in them. Our property has security cameras 24 hours, located at front door, side of the house and pool area.

This house is very nice and the host is second to none. Each time we had an issue, which were few, was promptly resolved. The neighborhood was wonderful and the house is close to all of your needs. We tried to rent again for next year and it was already reserved. It would be a place I’d love to go back to. Thanks to Natholy and her husband for a great winter getaway.

Great Property

My family and I had a great time! It was cool a few of the days and the pool was warm enough for the kids to swim, which was awesome! The house is clean. Also loved the fact there was an outside bathroom. Only thing I could suggest was to have more plates, cups and silverware.

Wonderful Stay

The property is very nice and clean, the bedding was nice and lots of blankets! Everything you need to cook and eat. The pool is wonderfully warm. We were swimming comfortably when it was 55 degrees outside. The host was very easy to talk to. Would 10/10 recommend a stay.

Cute stop

The house appears recently renovated and the updates are nice. It gives modern chic. The owner was kind and accommodating when we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Wish we could have spent more time at this location. The pool was warm and definitely the highlight for my family. My cons are only minor things. The light switches constantly blink, which is a bit of a nuisance keeping littles asleep. The fire pit was taped and did not appear functional. The playground was a bit hazardous, but then again my 3year olds and 6 year old are a bit rambunctious anyway and may not be the ideal size for it. Overall a cute house I would stay in again. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful VRBO

We have never stayed at a VRBO before and we were actually very hesitant. This property was a 10 out of 10. Very clean close to most place and just a hidden gem. The host hit every detail of what is needed while traveling. Beautifully decorated and the pool was amazing as well. What a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Nice house good neighborhood.

This property is nice, clean. It's a really nice neighborhood. Felt safe. Was quiet area. House was good size for 4 of us. Takes about 1/2 hour to get to Busch Gardens. Restaurants are close by with many selections. There is someone staying in the garage which was on the site. Never heard them and only seen them a couple times. Not an issue. There was a proplem with the pool heat. Only worked right a day or 2 for our whole stay. We had to change our plans many times due to this. We planned to use pool on the first couple warmer days during our trip,but pool heater wasnt working on those days. Owners were responsive and called professional to come fix pool. Still had some issues even after. Pool was disappointing heater didnt work properly. We had planned days of using pool for good part of our trip. Master bedroom and bath is a little different with no wall, door or privacy for bathroom can see in pics in listing. Overall nice place to stay. still recommend

Great location

Booked for 5 adults and there was plenty of room. Very clean and smelled great! About 30 minutes from airport and neighborhood was very nice. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by to the house. Unfortunately, it was not warm enough to use the pool even with it being heated, but it was nice sitting out in the lanai. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

Clean home, quiet neighborhood

Overall this is a good choice to stay for a landing spot if you are in town for a day or two. Very clean. Very quiet and well kept neighborhood. Home is very pretty inside with all newer upgrades. Only issue was safety. Listing states no carbon monoxide detectors and advised to bring a portable which we did. Also started there are fire alarms but there is only one in the whole house, and upon arrival there was a candle burning. The other saftey concern especially with children is there is no pool fence and the back door does not have any kind of childproof lock, in fact the deadbolt doesn’t even lock, just the handle. Very easy for kids to get into the pool without anyone knowing. But the home is lovely, the owner was lovely,

Quiet conveniently located neighborhood

A wonderful contemporary pool home that was relaxing and fun to call home for a few days. Pool stays warm with solar heat...so very nice! I enjoyed the stillness and quiet of a major urban area which is unusual to find in a large metro area like Tampa/St.Pete.

Good place to stay

Came in to watch the Bucks vs. Eagles game. Perfect location for a quick drive to the stadium! It was extremely hot and the pool was perfect to cool off in! The host was very responsive as well!
