Our 1-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo hotel suite can accommodate 5 people but also, is perfect for a cozy get away. It features a King bed, with a Nectar memory foam mattress, a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a den area with a sofa bed and can accommodate an additional 2 people on the pull-out sofa bed located in the living room. The balcony for this suite faces the street with a small glimpse of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features full sized appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. To assist in clean up, it even has a full-size dishwasher and washer and dryer in case you need to do some laundry.
Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.
This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family friendly activities, dining and taking in the incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to Taxi's, Uber and Lyft.
Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in.
Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
