Enjoy a prime locale just five minutes from the coast when you stay at this home situated in the Ocean View Beach Club community. The stylish interior presents an open-concept floor plan with two living areas and a full kitchen. Two living areas provide ample room to relax. Each room has a smart TV, while the main living area features a gas fireplace. Gather for meals in the dining area or at the kitchen island. You can also dine alfresco on the covered patio. A yard space offers room for lawn games. Nights can be spent gathered around the firepit roasting marshmallows and telling stories.

For sunny days on the shoreline, head approximately five minutes to the beach. Boaters will appreciate having Assawoman Canal nearby for fishing and sunset cruises. Dine at a wide variety of restaurants or browse local boutiques within a short drive.

Things to Know
Renters gain access to the clubhouse using a homeowner clubhouse card. Any unreturned card will result in a $100 fee.
The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six years and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
