Beautiful and relaxing

Seven days and 9 bear sightings, including mama bear and 2 cubs. Very peaceful, beautiful area and great views. So many cozy places in the home to relax, play games inside and out, enjoy conversations...just a wonderful location with lots of entertainment options nearby. The mountain roads can be challenging but doable with practice!

Bear encounters…

We had bears visit us almost every day/night. Multiple visits where mama bear came right over the gate with very little noise. Walked all around the deck then left. House was clean and presentable. Fit everyone well. The drive up and down the mountain was interesting…not for the faint of heart in some places.

Amazing views

Definitely the best view of any Gatlinburg property. You can see the mountains and downtown Nashville. It’s a short drive from downtown. Maybe 5 minutes or so. The house had lots of games and puzzles. Plenty of room for multiple families.

Trapped and No Assistance

Would not recommend this property or management company to help during winter months with snow and ice in the area. Drive way is down from road. Lot of ice and snow. Called management company for help getting out due to no food. Never heard back.

Great Cabin, Great location. Everything you could want or need

This cabin was very well equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect, as it was only minutes away from Town. Like most cabins in the Mountains, there are a few intimidating hills, but worth it. Wonderful deck, two levels. However, one word of caution -- it could be cabin location, or time of the year (last week of April), but we had nightly Bear encounters. Knocked over the grill, paw prints, mud on vehicles. Check-out, loading vehicles at 8:30 AM, Bears were brave enough to visit us. Even checked our vehicles for food (none had been loaded yet), and they were 20 ft away. Car Alarms, screaming at them - nothing phased them. It made for an eye-openig experience! I highly recommend this cabin and would have no problem staying here again. Five Adults / two kids (1 yr, 3 yr)

Smells like a dud!

Smelled bad. The jets in tub had mold growing in them, as well as in the shower drain. Bugs in the shower light fixture. Dirty dishes in cupboards. No working heat downstairs! No working power in downstairs bathroom

Great week of memories

We spent a week with our adult children and 2 grandkids and had an amazing time in this cabin. It is 2 miles to town and to the entrance of the National Park so great location. We had 3 couples and 2 kids and slept very comfortably in the cabin. Having 2 extra bathrooms was a bonus. The cabin had great views as seen in the pictures. Saw a couple of bears roaming around the cabin as well. The decks had plenty of sitting space to enjoy the views and the hot tub was great to use after a full day of hiking. The driveway will hold 3 cars in tandem parking. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. The refrigerator/freezer had ice maker. We cooked in the cabin most every night and had everything we needed including a hand mixer. Might be helpful to bring extra paper towels, trash bags and dish soap if you stay for an extended period of time. There is a gas grill but it was out of propane gas and needed some cleaning so did not use. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a private bath. Depending on how long you stay, might want to bring extra soap because they provide small hotel sized bath soap. The living room was spacious and provided enough room for us to play games at night. The fire pit was great for making s’mores. They provided wood but will need to bring your own lighter source. We also enjoyed the community pool that was a short drive from the cabin. This was a great cabin with lots of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. I would highly recommend and would return again. We made lots of memories on our trip to the Smokies and staying in this cabin.

The most beautiful

All About the View is appropriately named, for sure. There was no need to even leave to see all the beautiful scenery and wildlife - every color in the palette in the back yard; every different view of the mountains in sun, mist, color; and bears, too!

Best porch ever!

The location of the cabin was perfect for my family. We were able to be in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the mountains in minutes. The porch was the big selling point for my family. The amazing views overlooking the mountains and town were breathtaking.
