Why they chose this property
If you are in the area visiting or considering coming to Elkhart, you will really enjoy this space! We are located within walking distance to restaurants (casual & fine dining), the Learner Theater, Midwest Musuem of American Art...; as well as within 30 minutes away to many popular sites like Notre Dame, Shipshewana....
What makes this property unique
This property has a historical significance in Elkhart that includes many past & present businesses from as early as the late1800's. The apartment itself has gone from a 1950's dance studio to a time it was used to conduct business. The hardwoods are the original maple flooring.
