OLD Net Loft of Stonington “F” Mystic/Stonington

The Net Loft of Stonington is comprised of four units. Unit C, D, E, and F. They are listed as The Net Loft of Stonington and then the unit letter. We are Super hosts. We just started on VRBO and am sure we will reach that status quickly. Each unit has 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 baths with a walk-in curbless heated shower, and bath floors. The showers in the master suite have a shower head that is detachable for rinsing off or spraying the shower down and a rain shower in the ceiling. These units all have a Complete high end kitchen with Quartz countertops, fully applianced with high end appliances and are completely set up with blender, toaster, pots, pans and everything you think you may need to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. There is a full laundry with brand new washers and dryers. There are Mitsubishi heat pumps that supply the air conditioning and heating in all rooms. We can accommodate, with the 4 units 24 adults very comfortable, or just book 1 unit for the smaller group. These units are 1250-1450 s/f in size so we can accommodate more guests with a little planning. There are Cathedral ceilings in the bedrooms and living room, high-end brand new furniture with a 65” TV in the living room, and 55” TV’s in the two bedrooms. We have a queen-size Poppy bed also in the living room for the extra guests. You are welcome to bring an air mattress if you are traveling with extra guests or children. The master bath, off of the master bedroom, has a walk-in curb less shower with a heated floor on the bath and shower floors. The guest bath is off of the guest bedroom but also has an entry door in the living room with locks at each end. At night time, this bathroom can be shared with the guests in the living room. It also has a full walk-in shower, curbless entry with a handheld, and wall-mounted shower. Each of the bath rooms feature a Marble seat and a recessed niche’ for all your shampoo, cream rinse, and soap, all supplied by the Net Loft. To ensure the safety of our guests, these units are sprinklered and are set up with fire and CO detection connected to the central command station for an immediate response. There is an outside security door with a code to get in, along with security codes on all suite entry doors. The outside of the building is the only area that has security cameras. Your families safety is very important to us. There is an elevator as you walk in on the right for our elderly or handicapped guests. Mystic Connecticut is a very quaint seacoast town that has history dating back to the 1700s. It is famous for the movie Mystic Pizza starring Julia Roberts and was filmed here on site. It is also famous for the mystic seaport, the mystic aquarium, and the Mystic drawbridge, which is one of the last drawbridges of its kind in the country. Downtown Mystic is loaded with many fine shops restaurants, ice cream parlors, candy shops, and even a brewery right here in town. There are numerous breweries and vineyards in our area. Mystic is only 25 minutes to 2 of the largest casinos in the world, Foxwoods resort Casino and the Mohegan sun casino. These casinos are not only fun if you like to gamble but you could spend the day there shopping and eating, as there are many fine restaurants in either casino. If you have the kids with you, there are virtual rides and other attractions there for them. If it is the beach you were looking for, there are two really nice beaches within 20 minutes of Mystic. Misquamicut state beach in Westerly Rhode Island and Ocean Beach in New London Connecticut. Misquamicut is known for its Long Beach and big waves. Ocean Beach also has a very long beach but smaller waves that are more suitable to small children. Mystic is very easy to get to. It is exit 90 on I-95 either north or south. If you would like to travel by train, you can take the train from New York or Boston right into the quaint little Mystic train station, right down the road from my location. If you are traveling from Long Island or Montauk point New York, you can take the ferry with your car from either location right into the New London train station. We are only a 15-minute ride from New London. You can Uber, take a taxi, or take a limousine to just about anywhere you would like to go. If you arrive late, we will accommodate you in the check-in process. The dogwatch barbecue is directly across the street from my building, so if you are running behind you’ll be able to get a quick bite to eat before checking in. We are a step above the rest of the competition. Our guests are very important to us, and we are more of a concierge service than what you are normally accustomed to. If you want to stay in a clean, luxurious location, then the net loft is for you. Once you finalize your booking with us, my cohost Sandra will reach out to you to go over the check-in details and to inquire if there is anything you need from us before you arrive.
