Spacious studio in an old factory building that is selectively leased to artists, art collectors and art lovers. The project currently employs approximately 25 artists. Some areas of the factory are currently under construction.

The neighborhood is characterized by old industrial objects with and without creative use as well as residential buildings. Nearby is the scene district of Lindenau / Leutzsch around the Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Bakers, other shops, restaurants and tram stop can be found in a few minutes on the Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Next door is another studio house owned by the same owner, which houses 40 galleries and a gallery.

The unit consists essentially of a large room with over 100 square meters and a separate bath area, with walk-in shower. The equipment is of high quality. Walls, ceilings, floors and windows have been carefully renovated to maintain the harsh industrial character.

Typisch Leipzig - Typisch Loft

Wer den Charme von Industriearchitektur gepaart mit der Liebe zu Design und künstlerischer Kreativität liebt, der ist genau richtig hier. Das Loft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zeugt von einem durchdachten Raumkonzept. Die großformatigen Bilder und die Auswahl der Einrichtung geben der Wohnung ein besonderes Flair. Das Loft ist ruhig gelegen, nicht mittendrin im Getümmel der Großstadt, aber nah genug dran, um fußläufig oder mit der Straßenbahn das Zentrum zu erreichen.

Wunderbare Industrielocation

Wer auf maroden Industrial-Look steht und ein bequemes Bett und eine super ausgestattete Küche sucht, ist hier genau am richtigen Ort. Zu bemerken wäre noch, dass es keine Vorhänge oder Rollos gibt, aber eine Schlafmaske bereitgelegt wird (war mir allerdings am Kopf zu eng, hatte aber eine eigene dabei).

Traumhaftes Industrie-Loft

absolut großzügige, stillvolle Unterkunft. Wann kann man schon nach langen anstrengenden Messetagen von einem kuscheligen Sofa aus dem Mann beim Billardspielen zuschauen (.... und er gewinnt auch noch immer :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das andere Domizil

Endlich mal ein aussergewöhnliches Feriendomizil mit aussergewöhnlichem Umfeld! Toll eingerichtet. Alles charmant und gediegen eingebaut in ein altes Industriegebäude. Mit Bedacht ausgewähltes Mobiliar incl. der besonderen Beleuchtungskörper und der schönen großformatigen Bilder. Bad und Dusche schick und zweckmäßig. Unnötig aus unserer Sicht die "penetrant riechenden Duftsäckchen", die wir gleich rausgeschmissen haben! Küche prima eingerichtet. Bestecke und Geschirr sind schön und in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Kochen ging mit den vorhandenen Utensilien ganz gut. Der Essplatz macht Spaß. Das große Bett ist kuschelig & gemütlich incl. der Bettwäsche! Lustig ist der Kleiderständer. Das ist der erste "von aussen begehbare "Kleiderschrank" " den wir kennen. Bügel könnten etwas wertiger und ein paar mehr sein. An den Billardtisch darf man keine Ansprüche stellen. Wir hatten viel Spaß damit. Alles in Allem eine klasse Bleibe, die etwas Improvisation im "Alltag" erfordert. Gerade deswegen aber auch soviel Freude gemacht hat.

Super Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns entschlossen Leipzig für ein Wochenende unsicher zu machen und sind bei der Suche nach einer Bleibe auf die Atelierwohnung gestoßen. Unsere Kinder sind vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild erstmal „überrascht“ gewesen. Doch beim betreten der großen Wohnung machte sich Begeisterung breit. Die große Couch, der Billardtisch und sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände ergeben ein einheitliches Bild. Die Küche sowie sämtliche benötigte Utensilien sind da, und das auch in ausreichender Anzahl. Wir können jedenfalls diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

„Heißer August“ 2020

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Geräte...) Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen wünscht man sich aber noch einen Ventilator und etwas Beschattung. Es hat Spaß gemacht so eine „Vision“ kennenzulernen.

Das hat auf jeden Fall Stil

Wir waren nur für ein Wochenende im Loft/Atelier und würde es auf jeden Fall wieder mieten, wenn wir mal wieder in Leipzig sind. Man kann auf jeden Fall sehr gut entspannen und mal neue Impressionen sammeln. Wäre gern noch einen Tag länger geblieben. Auch die Kommunikation und Organisation war total unkompliziert. Die Bilder geben im Übrigen sehr gut wieder, wie es vor Ort ist. Man wird auf keinen Fall enttäuscht 😉 Mehr ist nicht zu sagen. Super Unterkunft!

Fantastisch - gerne wieder!

Der Loft ist wirklich fantastisch, wir würden am liebsten einziehen. Alles ist mit Liebe renoviert und absolut stilvoll eingerichtet. Einfach mal nach dem Frühstück in Hausschuhen eine Runde Billard spielen? Kein Problem!

Eine absolut coole Wohnung

Das Gebäude hat einen Industriecharme. Es muß noch sehr viel renoviert werden. Auch im Treppenhaus sieht es nach Rohbauarbeiten aus. Die Wohnung ist aber einmalig. Man fühlt sich wie in einem amerikanischen Film. Leider hatten bei unserem Besuch die Studenten nachts laute Musik laufen. Aber wer will kann dort auch mit feiern. Die S-Bahn ist über einen 500m Fußweg sehr gut zu erreichen und sie fährt sehr oft. Kurz zusammengefasst wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr gemütlich und cooles Design

Eine sehr stylische Bleibe, gern hätten wir noch mehr Zeit hier verbracht, die Ausstattung ist auch ganz zu unserer Zufriedenheit gewesen, sei es Küche oder auch Badezimmer. Durch die Heizkörper war es auch schnell gemütlich warm. Die Kunstgegenstände und Dekorationen vervollständigen den Eindruck einfach mal der Realität zu entkommen. Von meiner Seite ist das Loft wärmstens zum empfehlen.
